Thanks hopefully, for my sake, it lasts awhile but u just never know.

My Top Total model did not have a 5 game losing streak all last season but it's been to a 4 game streak once already this season.

A Chase loss will cost me from ($4000-$5000).

I'm only running this until one Chase loss occurs, at that time, the thread will end.

    The Math Chase (0-0) ($0)

    Sunday May 4

    Chase 1
    A) Oakland Over 8.5 (-115) $115 to win $100

    Chase 2
    A) Giants -1.5 (-155) $155 to win $100

This is not a Chase on any particular team. Its a 5 game Chase on my Top Total model and my Top Side model. Each Chase ends with a Win or a 5 game losing streak.

I'm retired so this will be my summer project, hopefully it lasts for a longtime but you never know. Again I do not advise this and I'll only lose one.

    Mr. Math
Looking forward to following this—appreciate the clear structure and transparency. Good luck, Mr. Math!

If a Chase loss occurs, I'll lose a very large amount of money. I'll do more than count it, I'll end the thread. I'm only doing this or wagering in this manner until a Chase loss occurs.

Chase 7 is currently on play (C), the 3rd play in the 5 game Chase.

This is a side project of mine. I've stated I do not advise a Martingale strategy. I like to do one per season.

Didn't know this would upset anyone.

The Math Chase is the greatest, where else can you make a ($5000) investment and turn a $3500 per month profit.

There is one open Chase and it's on my Top Total. It will be Chase 7 (play B)

Guys, again I am not chasing a particular team or total. I am chasing my Top Play from my Totals model and my Sides model.

Example, last night, the Padres were the selection from my Top Sides model. They won but they may very well be the Play again today. I was not chasing the Padres to get a Win in their series with Colorado.

    Back later

Math, post #33 is very good. A few observations:
    1) With the states legalizing sports-gambling, so many Bet-shows have sprung up.
    2) Are they any good? I'd say NO to 99% of them. It's just an avenue for people to talk.
    3) Listen closely to guys who are good stock-investors. Human beings are not well-equipped to respond to market changes. People will provide any rationalization to pick a stock (or make a bet).

    Thanks Chucky

i have 2 models that i use. One for the Top Total, the other for the Top Side. Let me share with you just how good the Top Side Model has done this year.

Now let me state, the Model only identifies the Top Moneyline selection each day. I have played many of the selections on the Runlibe to reduce juice but so far that has been a mistake. The Moneyline on the season is an incredible (35-8) and get thus, it's (25-3) over the last 28 days. Some unheard of numbers but true nonetheless.

This thread is merely a side project of mine. I allocated 5k to it, let's see how it does. So far we are showing a ($600) profit over the first 5 days.

I'm not a handicapper, i dont believe in it. I dont watch any games or really follow it closely. Im an Outside the Box model builder. Based on things others wouldnt use. U cant build a better algorithm than the books, u have to think outside the box, therein lies the key.

I'll try and show you a little this summer. Hopefully it goes OK.

    Good luck

Ok, u don't Understand. Someone explain it to him.

Here is what it would look like at (-110) odds.

    Chase 1
    A) Loss $110
    B) Loss $231
    C) Loss $474
    D) Loss $1005
    E) Loss $2100

    Total Loss around $4100

That's just a good estimate. If u don't understand that, I can't help you. if your trolling me, my bad.

That's $3100 without any juice. When I calculate juice, probably from (-110) to (-150). It will get you easily up to $4000-$5000 on a loss.

    Mr. Math
not seeing the 3100 unless the 5th chase is a 6th game...hence under 2k is 1600 juiceless. On a single chase that is, not this 2 chase your working

Obviously I'm going to need between 40-50 wins before one of my two models incurs a 5 game losing streak.

With each Win my max loss is reduced by $100. After 40-50 Wins I can free roll until infinity or a 5 game losing streak.

If you want to follow this, u would need 40-50 times what your playing for in each Chase.

    Play to win $10. U need a bank of$400-$500.
