but i will say this... he does know me pretty well.....he makes complete sense when he talks..

Houser, i have already lost 6 lbs in 1 week doing strenuous push ups, and not eating junk.. and i am only doing 200 a day.. 10 sets of 20.. my metabolism is flying now.. whatever i eat now goes through me, because of the push ups..

keep it up houser, and don't miss a day.. and watch the results by summer.. you'll have a body that chicks will be noticing.. your chest will stick out, your tri's will be explosive, and eat clean so your waist can be small.. then put that tight t shirt you have, that's a bit tight on the chest and arms, with a nice pair of jeans, and fasten your seat belts..

Nicky, you are a good guy. I like making videos staring Nicky Santoro. The voice thing is just something I will have to continue to use until I am able to get this Beta version working properly. If I do get it working you may hate your new voice even more as it will sound like a country hick trying to do a Canadian voice. It won't be pretty at all Nicky.

Damn! It wasnt too long ago when Nicky tried to do his Usain Bolt impersonation at the track for us on video. Someone needs to bump that thread and video.

I could not find the video you requested, however here is another one showing off NIckys athletic abilities. i like this one better,but the jogging track with the blonede chic was also good.
