#5779fieldgoal.com withdrawal
I resubmitted my withdrawal that had been cancelled from Jan. 6th on Feb. 1st. I received a check on Feb. 11th. That is the fastest payout I have ever gotten from fieldgoal.com. They even emailed the tracking number two days before the envelope arrived which is a first for them. They usually don't offer a tracking number until after the envelope has arrived which is pointless. So, this time, they got it right.Comment -

The entire Jazzette family of books are having processing woes these days from what I have been reading. I've read posters are either having your types of problems or bouncing checks.

#5785I made 2 withdrawals from Sports.com in early March, spaced 1 week apart. I got the first cheque in 4 weeks. The second cheque has been over 5 weeks and no sign of it. I contacted numerous times, finally got a tracking number a few days ago, but guess what, they got that tracking number from uploading the pickup information to UPS 2 weeks ago, but the package has yet to be picked up! No explainations, just told me to be patient.
I guess it is their way of saying the cheque is ABOUT to be in the mail. Needless to say, I am getting a tad concerned since I have a big (to me) balance in that book right now.Comment -

You can't trust any book that steals funds from players. You are playing with fire. If they should pay you. Run away as fast as you can and don't look back.Comment -

#5787Hi guys. Nice forum. So here is my deal. I cashed out 700 by check from sportsbook on 6/30. It is still pending as of now and tomorrow is 7/14 which will make it 2 weeks. I have cashed out once before for 300 in March and the check came in about 2 weeks; not bad. But now it has taken 2 weeks and it isn't even finished processing yet. I emailed them a few days ago and got this response.
Thank you for contacting us.
I can confirm that your withdrawal for $700.00 is currently pending awaiting processing. This will be sent for processing as soon as possible. The delay is due to processor restrictions, we have received a large amount of withdrawal requests and these will be processed in the order in which they have been received.
We will keep in close contact with you via email on the status of your withdrawal. We apologize for the delay and inconvenience. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
We are always here to help you. Please feel free to reply to this email if you have any additional questions in relation to this or any other matter.
Kind regards,
Oliver Thornton

#5791Also, I have read most of the sb.com post and was wondering something. It seems like most of you guys with delays, if not all of you, recieved your cashouts eventually. So my question is, to ease my nerves, was there anyone that just didn't recieve their cashout at all??Comment -

#5792Is Jazzette family of books includes now sportsbetting.com or not? Better question is does sportsbetting now having the same problems with withdrawals as for example sportsbook?
Thanks

#5798Thanks for the answer. So if I understand correctly, sportsbetting and sportsbook use the same processors?
sportsbetting has there own stand alone customer service branch, however they too are having processing issues at this time sir. In fact everyone under the Jazzette family of books umbrella is having those issues at this time, although some are a little bit milder than others.Comment -

#5800Hopefully you right, because I did withdrawal last Friday from sportsbetting and now I do not know if it will come in 4 to 5 days. I wish it does.
I used both books sportsbetting and sportsbook up to jan 2008 and my experience with sportsbetting far better then sportsbook in many aspects. It is just my experience though. I was fortunate to not made a withdrawal in the end March, this is where most people had major issues with withdrawals.
Now I am just using sportsbetting. And I do not use sportsbook anymore.
They do not use the same processor. I had morjor issues getting my month a few months ago from sportsbetting.... I have since been getting checks in 4 to 5 days. They ARE NOT HAVING issues now. They will in the future you can bet on that one..... I had about 8K and its all out !!!!!

#5802nice forum here.
who: sportsbook.com
why: bounced check
i withdrew my paltry $260 and received a check about two weeks later.
today (about 6 business days later), i discovered the check bounced.
my bank explained that the account against which the check was issued was closed.
the issuer was Zip Payments.
i received a somewhat humorous email response from sportsbook.com today:
It has come to our attention that, unfortunately, your check has not been accepted by your bank.
Our Withdrawals Department is currently in close contact with our processors regarding this issue and are doing their utmost to resolve this as soon as possible. We will be in touch just as soon as we have received an update.
We are currently investigating the cause of this issue, which would appear to be resultant of an error in the transmission of funds, to ensure no recurrence of this incident.
Please forward us a copy of the bounced check and the copy of your bank statement showing the fees charged, and we will be able to assist you.
im keeping my fingers crossed. ive bet online maybe three times...i think this is the last time ill do this.Comment -

Also, I made a withdrawal almost two weeks ago and inquire about the status online and get a long message saying there is a problem in sending out checks, that the site had the same problem last year, but I would get my money (although it never says how long it will take).Last edited by SBR Jonelyn; 02-24-15, 08:59 AM.Comment -

I've played there but not without not understanding the risks, there's always a calculated risk involved with playing at a place that seems to have processing issues every now and then. You can't let that scar you from not experiencing the convenience of playing at A rated books like Bet Jamaica, Bookmaker, 5Dimes, etc. All will pay you within a week and the checks won't bounce.Comment -

my last bet using sportsbook.com (the only other one) was on the superbowl and i had no problems whatsoever. the possibility of having a check bounce like this never even occurred to me.Comment -

They'll make good before/after football, during basketball for the most part, but there's always a chance these processing woes happen at some time. All I was saying is the books I mentioned have a track record of paying within 3-5 days like clockwork, they don't have A ratings for nothing, compared to Sportsbook.com's D-.Comment -

#5807I have a few thousand that I've been trying to get from them for about 2 months now. They play games with a new withdrawal policy, then canceling the socalled lost check and crediting your account like others have mentioned. Not sure what's the next creative idea they come up withBut I'll let you guys know. I hope they work this out fast
