I agree. It doens't make sense. Why would they "phase out" checks for under $2500. If they've already decided to pull the plug why not stop all the checks now, and just stall people as long as they can

I really don't think they are pulling the plug. If that was the case, why just lay off a few people. Why wouldn't they just close up at that point? Maybe they are trying to get in as many deposits as they can while stalling, but if that was the case, why pay out anyone?

Now this is funny. Just checked my Allpro account. Since they haven't processed any of my withdrawals, I was eligible for their 2% cash back bonus (2% of deposits - withdrawals). Got an extra $300

If your withdrawals are for less than $2500 and you request it by check, then there's agood chance you'll see your money within two weeks. If you requests more than $2500, be happy if your paid in 2 months.

For the larger players these problems aren't going away. There is no indication taht thye will be imporving naytime soon. They need to find new processors. Or they should just get rid of the 3 lousy ones they have and tell everyone that max payout is $2500 a day.

yes, they are aware of one of the chargebacks, because they cancelled one of the withdrawls for that reason. They deducted the ********** from the withdrawl and left me the profit which i requested a withdrawl for.

The other **********, i dont have any knowledge they are aware of it. And that withdrawl was "processed" about 6 weeks ago.

I am not sure why you ask. But since I estimate chance of getting paid as less than 1%, the ********** for about 45% of what they owe me is the +EV play

That's interesting. So in one case, 3 weeks after you submitted the paperwork, they found out. In the other case 6 weeks later, theya re unaware of it.

There's been a lot of talk of chargebacks, and for the people doing them, I was curious as to how often they end up recieving payouts after doing the chargebacks becuase SB didn't realize it.

I was told today that it was sent out on 4/27 and I should have it by next Friday. Similar story as last week. A friend of mine received a check earlier this week from sportsbook.com, but it was for an amount less than $1,000 via check. Small checks seems like the way to go. He requested his about a month ago and was told it was processed on 4/10.

I have 3 requests.. 2 wires and 1 check totally ~10k

I had it split up to hopefully get them sent earlier, but I found out that they were lumped together and were sent MAY 1st..
Said 10-15 days from there.
Funny thing is one check was for ~500 bucks and it got lumped in with 2 much bigger wires.
FYI - the request dates range from 4-4 to 4-8.....

There is a formal complaint page on that website. I know it won't get the money any faster, but continued discouragement will only make larger negative results appear when new players do a search of potential books. I first posted around page 82, though I've been watching this thread for much longer. Anyways, I just returned from vacation to find that I've received my check for just under $9K, dated 4/26.

Here's my quick recap:
* Original requests for payment made with 2 different requests on 2/26 & 2/28.
* Money returned to my account on 3/15, due to "processor loss", small cash bonus added to my account for the "troubles".
* Checks supposedly sent on 4/4 with the "10-15 business day" line that everyone else got.
* Checks not sent then (as it turned out), but a CS rep told me that they were definitely sent on 4/23.
* I went on vacation on 4/29, returned today (5/3) to find them in my box!!!

I wish everyone luck. I'm taking it in first thing in the morning & hoping my ordeal is officially over, which will only happen if it clears.

Well,I received my final $600.00 from Sportsbook.com via DHL originally requested on April 15.They dont owe me a penny and until this ca-ca gets straightened out, they wont see a penny from me again.I have another book that fedex's payments out within a week.Why the F would anyone want to wait a month + for Sportsbook to pay them and run the risk of the company going under and taking the money with them?

BULL SHIT. If we ever received a ********** the account would have been closed and all withdrawals placed on hold and the accouint would then be under audit.

Seems like the processors are extremely sloppy, and deosn't seem like Jazzette really cares. One would have expected that Jazeete would have stayed on top of this "lost batch" and clearly the didn't. I think their check processor may have "lost a batch" as well. First they told me that my check for $5400 was processed on the 10th. Then they said the processor was backlogged and it would go out between the 23-28th. Now they are syaing it will go out this week. Meanwhile other people who requested checks for over $2500, and were told their checks were processed ast week, already recieved them.

These guys have been processing withdrawals for over 6 weeks now, still don't have thier act together, and clearly don't really care whether any of us get paid.



It's nice to see that they are at least making some attempts to pay people, but they are making zero attempts to retain any of thier customers. Just the whole way Jazette is handling the situation makes me really wonder if at some point they will shut the business down and walk away.

Losing bank wires is nothing new for the company. We've reported on lost wire batches for years that take months, even 6 months, to correct. If anything they care more this time because of the collateral damage.

For anyone that is paying attention to this whole matter the checks for less than 2k sent DHL are working very well. I requested a withdraw last Friday, April 27th, one week from today at Sportsbook.com. I gave them one week before checking on the status and well sure enough yesterday around 5:30pm I got an e-mail saying that my withdraw from last Friday was processed. I called the actual processor this morning and verified that a check was made out to me, for the correct amount, and was sent via DHL to my address. I will have the check by the middle or the end of next week at the latest. It's nice to know I am actually getting the check because the processor was able to tell me all the information and verified a check was mailed out yesterday to my address.

So if your wanting to withdraw I suggest using this method as the wires are not working very well. I had request a wire withdraw about a month and a half ago after getting mad and cancelling it to try the method above. I had request one for a little over 5k and cancelled it to break it down into three smaller withdraws via check to be sent DHL. I will request the other checks some time next week. Just wanted to pass the info along and I will post next week when the DHL delivers my check.

I have been in this thread since day one and have heard all the stories and issues with Sportsbook.com. So if you want your money within two weeks I suggest using the method above to get your money.

Cancel it and request a withdraw to be made in the form of check for less than 2k and have it sent by DHL. You will get your money in two weeks.

I had a wire withdraw and waited for over a month. Had them cancel and put the funds back and did a check withdraw for 1900 to be sent DHL. I will be doing it two more times next week. Do it and you can thank me later when you get your money.

Sportsbook.com (SBR rating D+) gives update on lost batch of payouts
Sportsbook.com management states that the large batch of bank wires from March 21st was scheduled to be sent on April 4th, but was lost by processors and has just recently been recovered. Sportsbook.com is claiming the withdrawals were resent on April 24th. SBR estimates that, if the process was successful, players will see the funds in their bank accounts no earlier than May 8th, two weeks after the latest execution date. Management has also informed SBR that two processing companies are assigned payout requests based on withdrawal amounts. One is handling transactions for $2500 or less and the other is designated to sums above $2500. Some recent $2500-or-less payments have been confirmed by players in under a week. Payments above $2500 are currently facing a processing time of three weeks according to management and recent history suggests further delay is possible. Large balance holders requesting new withdrawals may benefit from doing so in multiple installments below $2500.



I just talked to Eric on the VIP line and he said that this information is incorrect. I am still waiting on my 3/21 wire and a trace has been placed on the funds on 4/30. Can someone at SBR help me figure out what is going on? Thanks!

The processor handling the checks for $2500 and less is using DHL. The other is not.
