They have to pay a few people to stop players from panicking. Pay a few, try and collect as many deposits as possible(like attracting new customers with a free bet) and hopefully your new deposits and losses can get the company back on it's feet. The age old way to keep a fledgling sportsbook from going under. To bad it rarely works. They're scamming scum but I hope I'm one of the lucky ones that gets paid but I doubt it because I cursed them up and down for the last 8 days to anyone that would listen.

Some people in in this far longer than the rest. Personally, this started on 2-19. I'm hoping like everyone else, but I've been lied to every time I've talked to a cs rep. I'm on day 16...total bs and losing hope fast.

I too have been waiting since february for a payment. I find it pretty frustrating/discouraging that people who withdrew after me have supposedly gotten paid.

For the claims of received payments from newer posts to this thread, i really take it w/ a grain of salt. It seems like most of those like TRUN, stiffandburned, etc. who have been on this thread from the beginning and requested withdrawals long before the rest of you, haven't been paid. That makes me worry.

If you guys look back through the weeks and weeks of this thread, its funny how, everyweek there are a handful of people who say "be patient, wait one more week". Its been about 7 or 8 weeks now. Honestly, how much longer are we supposed to wait. I want to stay patient but slowly i'm getting impatient. Some of you will scream "well you have to stay patient, there is nothing else you can do". I'm sorry to say you guys are wrong. There is plenty many of us can do. Chargebacks are a last resort, and i'd really hate to deal w/ that nightmare, but for those who have already done it, i can't blame them for refusing to blindlessly keep believing this company who has lied to us for almost 2 months now.

how does frustrating the cs reps getting your money back. they're getting paid for putting up with your shit. you should be angry at the management...there is no point torturing the cs people. i think you should get a list of names of the management and hopefully figure out where are they all located and hand over that list to the FBI or the attorney general. if those bastards ever land on american soil, the feds will be waiting for them. let them forever be banned from the states for all the shit they put us through

i am still all pissed off from sb.com i am glad i found this forum...it is like a support group for all of us who are getting screwed by sb.com

i am just venting my frustration with them...especailly my last conversation with the cs poeple. i am not sure if the customer service people were ****ing with me from all the angry people want their back back or they're just bunch of ****ing lying bastards. they told me now that based on the feedback, the wire time is 14-16 days. ...based on the feedback. if they use the feedback, why the **** they even tell us 7-10 days, then 10-15 days...or even 3 weeks.

what freaks me out the most is that when the cs people give me someone else's answers. i think i was asking them about address change, they replied that all the bank wires are delayed and it'll take longer to process. wtf??? doesn't that seem odd to you guys that they use the delay tactic for every question you ask. well, i am moving all my money to 5dimes. at least it is ranked pretty high on this site.

I won $80 on Sportsbook.com at the casino. Sportsbook said they would send me a check after I won. Five business days passed, and I still didnt recieve a check. They said it would have gotten to me within five business days.

I later talked to a customer representative and they said It would be mailed to me next week. Next week passed and still no check.

I called again and they said that the check is being processed and that it would me mailed the following Monday.

They keep telling me its going to be mailed and on their website it says that it takes only 7-10 business days to recieve the check and NOW they are saying that its going to be sent and it could take thirty days.

They lied, and are ripping customers off becasue they probaly dont have sufficient funds to pay their winners.

These people are ridiculous and they need to stop lying.
