Recieved my wire

I have been following this thread for about 2 weeks now. I joined today to tell you guys I recieved a call from my bank this morning telling me I had recieved a bank wire. I requested my cashout from sportsbook.com around March 18th and they said it was processed the 22nd. I had my doubts as well, but I did recieve it today. The cashout was for 500 dollars however, they charged my 7.50 for some reason. Just letting everyone know that it finally looks as though people will be getting paid.

great news cdclemson!!! I withdrew my funds on March 19th and it was processed on March 21. And still no $$. Cdclemson can you tell me what bank you use

Regarding checks, I just deposited my check for $6k in my BofA acct and the teller processed it very normally. Obviously don't know yet whether it will clear, but so far so good. I know others have had a few problems with the foreign check, so just wanted to post my experiences to date. Will update if it bounces or other problems happen.

I am on the phone right now with from Sportsbook.com and he told me that the new time table is 10-15 business days! The guys name is AJ ext 2012. He said that if the wire is not deposited by Wednesday (the 15th day) that they would need to do a trace of the funds. I don't think they know WTF is up with our $$$

I use a small town bank in SC, Its called Conway National Bank, so no big bank and I doubt there is anyone on this site that uses it. Following is the cut and pasted line from my account online:

04/09/2007 PENDING: WIRE-SUNSETS AT MARBELLA 482.50 WI

I guess I misunderstood her when she said 492.50 because as you can see they charged 17.50.

As far as my bank calling, I have no idea. That has never happened before and I have been doing this for years. I was very suprised when I recieved the message.

Boobie - I bank at wachovia and this is the first wire I have ever done and it went into a savings account, not even the same account that I deposit with. They never asked for a bank statement or anything from me, just the info on the withdrawal screen.

only reason why I'm wondering is b/c I also am using Wachovia. I don't believe I have a savings account b/c I haven't opened one w/ them.

when did you receive your confirmation email. Mine was sent out on the 23, but I still have yet to hear or receive anything.

i could be wrong because i use student banking and i get it for free, but i think you can juts ask them to open a savings account with your checking account for free.

sorry for the confusion-- i also am waiting on a wire from the 22-- what is s.b. telling you is the delay and what is the longest it should--p.s. do you believs there b/s

They are telling me if i dont receive it by the 15th day then i need to contact them so they can do a trace. but they seem fairly confident i will receive it by mid week...

GlassJoe - I opened a seperate savings account, but my deposits come from my debit card, which was originally set up with my checking acct. I do have overdraft protection, so the 2 acct's are linked, but when I use my debit card, it comes out of the checking. My wire went directly into my savings.....the 3 e-mail's I received looked like this:

We thought that you would like to know that your withdrawal from 15-Mar-07 has

Well, I live near Coastal Carolina but I work for a marketing firm in Myrtle. Which Hooters did you work at? I knew a few girls that worked at the one near 48th ave. Not sure if thats the correct ave.
