Problems are occuring with both checks and wires as follows

Wires will take a few days to process ( I do not have the exact timefame so please do not ask) once processed it will take up to ten business days to arrive at the bank

Checks are taken up to a month to deliver due to the backlog

I agree with you all that this is bs but from what I can gather it is the fault of the processor and not sportsbook.com

At present I do not have an exact location on WC apart from it is based in Europe.

almost all the other 7 were over 2k - but it was sent as one big wire so I really dont know - I will be in touch with the platinum desk when they get in this morning and already emailed them - but it gives me some belief on what has been told to me -- for once --- I was impressed they actually took the time to call me the other night when my 10 days was up to go over my options. -- I will say who knows how long this lasts though - remember how short lived other processors were in feb

the amount may be the hold up -- I have addressed that early on as to not raise red flags but am not sure - I will let you guys know after I talk with them -- i wish they would have sent them all seperate now

as I posted above wires are currently taking a few days to process once processed it is taking up to ten business days to hit your account, I dont know why but the only reason that I can think of is to stop US banks tracing the processor and refusing all transactions

Checks started back for new withdrawals on 03/26/2007 but processor has a backlog of checks that were meant to be processed before 03/15 so it taking up to one month for some people as checks are being sent from Europe and dont bother with FedEx as we dont know the full arrangement with the proccessor and FedEx at this time

Again I agree it is bs and why should you have to wait weeks for money but remember this is not the fault of the people who take your calls/emails/live chats and they are doing their best to help you but like the rest of us are provided with limited information

Why are we fighting between us? We are all on this forum because we want information about our withdrawals. Some people may fabricate some news so it is up to you to analize what is being said and then make a judgement about the likelyhood of it being true. If you think someone is talking shit just ignore it. We all want our money but argueing between ourselves ain't getting us anywhere.

This is great news guys. I believe it was all about finding a processor that could handle this volume of funds and get through the U.S. firewall (fu*king hypocrite politicians). We're still not out of the woods yet. I'm afraid at anytime, our banks could stop taking the new processor's wires as they start flowing in. Based on other threads/posts on SBR, there are some other respected books that are taking a month for checks to get to their destination. Trun - I've always thought you were straight because I could see it in your posts - you went up and down with anger and despair with each new bit of info you received. It was just like watching a guy go through a slow basketball loss. Thanks for sharing. The info you shared definitely helped me through this trying time. However, it looks like our team pulled a back door cover with a mid-court shot off the glass!!

I don't know if Trun's post is good news or bad news. All of wires are for 9k+. so does that mean I shouldn't expect my money any time soon becasue the processor is only sending out the smaller wires.

If I was Jazette, I would ask WC Wire to provide a rep to answer some of these questions. My cc bills are due tomorrow. If I don't have the money in hand, I'm screwed. And I'm not going to let Jazette screw me and get away with it.

To correct something I said -- it was sent on the 19th, not the 20th like I thought - I just talked to the them, they are checking on my others, all the info was the same - they do not have an answer at the moment

Oh and I asked them about stiffedandburned's money and they said they have strapped on back of a donkey and will be processing the donkey to a boat today and he should arrive in 7-10 business days.

give me a break already - like i say on all my posts - take it for what it is and believe it or not - I dont really care if you do - for those it helps or gives some peace of mine - good luck and i hope i see the rest of mine and you see all of yours

abac -- yes it has been a trying time these last few weeks - im still concerned as it is just a small piece of the pie, but am much more relieved - my biggest worry is that something goes wrong with bank wires before they fix whatever happened to my other withdrawals

Why are people who withdrew on MAR 26th getting confirmation that their checks were sent out. This is bullshit!

I'm about to have my shit redeposited again & withdraw again, maybe then I will get that shit sent to me.

I'm pissed, now. So my withdrawal on MAR 15th is sitting there, while withdrawals from MAR 26 are going out. Come on!!

marc -- i will be curious if they hit today or tomorrow then - esp if they were for good amounts - of my 7 still out there only one was under 2K but i havent seen any of those - they say it was just one wire though - hopefully i will have more answers today

i had thought mine that actually arrived was done on the 20th but today when i called up I asked and they said the 19th - which was from a withdrawal made on the 16th of what was left in my account at that time

Idiots liek stiffed and burned can cause problems, but this is all very positive news.

Just look how many people have had recent confirmations that checks have gone out. That is a deifnite increase and positive news.

They may take 2 to 3 weeks, but at least we can see action that they were "supposedly" sent, which was better than last week by a longshot.

Trun was on this post from first moment, and never had anything but helpful information for everyone. It was quite obvious his intentions, "TO GET HIS F****'N MONEY BACK", just like all of us.

Positive news, to be taken with a grain of salt, but positive at that.

We now have A report of money received, that is definitely a step forward.

Why do you guys keep showing us the transcript of conversations you have with sportsbook.com? What exactly do you expect them to say, "no, your money has not gone out and is not going out"? Of course they are going to say "it is coming and not to worry". Of course they are going to say "one moment please while I look up your account". Of course they are going to say "it was processed yesterday and you should have it shortly". Of course they are going to say "is there anything else I can help you with today".

THERE IS NOT ONE MENTION OF A PROBLEM OR ISSUE ON THEIR WEB SITE

The reason for this is because most players lose and will never ask for a withdrawal so if they post that they have issues on the site, people won't deposit.
Additionally, click on banking and go to withdraw and you will see their instructions which once again have no mention of any kind of delay.
THEY DON'T WANT TO PUT ANY INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE BECAUSE PEOPLE WON'T DEPOSIT IF THEY DO BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT PAYING OUT.

CHARGE BACKS WILL SOLVE THIS PROBLEM. DON'T BE A FOOL!!!

thanks jst -- my word is accurate - but I am surprised that noone else on here has seen a wire come through - I really thought when I found out that I would come here and see that at least someone else had

I still am concerned on my others - esp as today is day 12 -- the one that came was 8 days (yes all businessdays, not counting the day it was sent)

I believe they've got a couple of processors. Seems like the one that they have now (March 19), are good. The processor that were supposed to handle the ones before the 19th may have had problems or dropped them... Trun seems genuine, no reason not to believe him.

i had an email that said my wire went out March 19th. That is almost as long as Trun. I still dont have it. It was $1900 or $2000 I forget which.

I have given up. They have $4200 of mine. I deposited $1500 with them, and i am disputing it with my cc. I will settle for $1500 at this point.

If the $4200 ever shows up, I will cancel the dispute

I'll remind people that I also recieved confirmation back in february that checks were sent out, only to discover that they weren't. All the confirmations that you have recieved means is that is that the sent the request to the processor. I have the situation with other books that they sent the requests to the processor, and then days, even weeks later they came back and apologized because the processor wasn't able to send the check or the wire.

So the news is only somewhat positive. STill doens't make sense why it should take 2-3 weeks to recieve a check by express courier unless they are sending it pony express.

I was going to wait unitl tomorrow to call my cc company, but I'm not sure if we'd be able to "cancel" the dispute" By law, the CC companies can't knowingly process online gambling transactions. Once we tell them what the charges are for, and why we want to dispute them. I'm not sure we can go back later and say "hey, I got my money, you can send the casino thier money." The CC company might not want to. They might tell us to make our own arrangements.
