do you know how many times players do that shiet. pulling on a shirt of the opponent? like 85% or more and how many times do they whistle? mostly not since it would be foolish to do that on like almost every play. you get that.
even more proof that it was fixed since most these chiefs backers in here argue it wasnt fixed.
