Doesn't it feel a little weird being fixated with other peoples gender or how they should look?

Why would any non-fixated person even give it a second thought, let alone get angry or nasty about it?

I was watching a Mercury game last night. The announcers made out they were really hyped for the quality product they were about to enjoy but then in the 2nd frame some female exec joined the booth and they found something much more exciting to talk about (for the whole quarter I might add). Yup, women in top jobs. Never mind ability or ethics just give half the top jobs to women lol
