I just received an email stating that my payout was declined because I didn't respond within 48 hours of their request for verification. No where in the email asking for verification does it say I only have 48 hours to respond. These people are thieves.

I'll put in another request and see what happens.

I put in another request and it didn't say anything about not being able to request again. I hope there isn't some text hidden away in their agreement that says you have to respond within 48 hours and you can only have 1 withdrawal request.

I'll update in this thread when I hear something more.

I got the same thing. I sent the withdrawal request again and they (after 9 days) sent my BTC....without asking for a confirmation e-mail?

That's good to hear. Seems about the same amount of time it took me to get my payout.

I'm angry about the futures, considering I had some great NBA ones. And, to make it worse, I had some of those futures in parlays where the future bet was the final leg. They completely voided those bets and didn't grade them with one less leg. That is what pisses me off the most.

I think they’re ramping it up. I only waited a day from verification this time compared to 4 days on last payouts

I can just imagine 5dimes management scouring their open futures to grade anything they could possibly consider a loss to the player before they "refunded" all the tickets with major equity built up.

Yes, the time stamp changed when I did phone verification. Still nothing sent.

I first made a request with my balance right when the news came out and got paid BTC 9/13 (6 day wait). Little by little my futures got refunded so I put in 3 more requests as these canceled wagers hit my account from 9/13 through 9/17. It's obviously B.S. what's going on with futures (I had a good 5k in equity down the tubes), but at this point I'll take my refund and learn a lesson that I can't play futures offshore. Just hoping they get everyone paid by the 30th.

I always liked how you could parlay a mix of plays where you bought points with money line picks.

So I would adjust like 7 points on a spread then combine it with another money line and to big on it. No other book let's you do that with large amounts.

here's my two cents. i put in a BTC payout request 2 weeks ago. they then email me a week later, asking me to submit a photo id and a bank statement verifying my address. then they send me another email asking me for phone and DBA verification, and i did that. today, i got an email saying that my request was denied cause the bitcoin address was rejected and i had to resubmit again. i talked with them via livechat and they said they would fill all the payout requests by september 30. now i play the waiting game. this sports book went from one of the best to one of the worst and i don't think ill be going to rejoin them wherever they're going.
