if you had any other team, (even though all of them except ind) were mathematically eliminated, they graded it as a refund

I never got re funded for losing division futures. For me and others I saw online they were graded as losses.

The email he sent actually told me I missed adding my account number in the verification email. I gave pin and bitcoin but no account number. He asked I resend with account number and actually advised me to request more bitcoin payouts right away to get my full balance off before the deadline. Optimistic

I got a call from an 877 number which turned out to be them, then got a text today from their CS saying they never got my reply to the confirmation email. I sent it 20 minutes after I got it, then sent it 3 times more since, including when I got the text message today.

5Dimes told us their normal internal limits and frequency rules have been waived. This was to accommodate larger balances and also so that everyone could get paid before the deadline. It is also posted here on their FAQ. Somewhat vaguely worded but bitcoin should not have the same "payment method restriction" as checks. Request another one and let us know.

They asked me to split my request into 5 separate payments and that's how it was received. They said I could not have one large payout. I have two more asked for last Friday pending done the same way.

That was never the case.

They are refunding all unsettled bets, including obvious losers. In fact I would guess most of the requests for refund already have been for that type of bet.

We are still hoping/expecting that players will all be treated fairly as far as futures go.

I hope so too. They couldn't have kicked my nba futures out of "pending" fast enough, like as soon as they lost. So if the Rockets/Raptors would have won this round, I would have been refunded my bet only, but since they lost they take it as fast as they can. Doesn't seem cool...

Sbr is in discussions with 5dimes regarding the cancelling of futures and the unfair practices used to grade these. Its a wait and see now.

Well now they're claiming they never received my email confirming my payout, so they're cancelling my payout and forcing me to change my email and do a payout request all over again. Gonna send in a complaint since I got the email and replied. I sent in the email change request. Wouldn't have this issue if they set up their payout system like BOL or Bookmaker.

I must fill them out in this very short time space--we're talking 2 teamers, 3 teamers, 4 teamers, 5 teamers, 6 teamers, 7 teamers, 8 teamers. Many needing 1 to 5 picks. You get the picture.

This unbelievable debacle will have destroyed the offshore myth of these Books being the best and most reliable.

You probably already know this, but be prepared for a long clearance time on the check if you're in the US. They have to clear it through a Canadian bank. It took around a month when I requested a check a couple of years ago. My bank even questioned me about it. I told them I sold a bunch of stuff online and they didn't ask any other questions. Took awhile though, still....

FYI, B of A accepts those Canadian USD checks up to $25,000. Clears in a few days.

That's good to know as I made my request Tuesday, around 3:30 p.m.

I called customer service again last night to check that I have done everything correctly, and they said I have. They did mention I would be paid "by the 30th" though. That is something I've seen more people mentioning recently.

5Dimes isn't paying out any winnings at all for futures markets like the NBA Conference Finals, Finals, but they are allowing players with pending bets with negative equity to cash in on the fraud by taking refunds. Said players with zero integrity are in turn turning a blind eye to the theft because they are profiting off of the scenario of players getting cheated.

Such a sad state. I cannot believe that this is going on and people like this exist.
