Well, either is still incorrect

China has lied from the very beginning so it's not unreasonable to doubt their reports

But to answer your original question, that probably had very little if anything to do with bitcoin's pump

Just stock up and hold ... you're waiting for inflation (just like gold)

No one will be selling these during the next equity turmoil to cover

The small time limited need for gold and BTC will be within the next 5 years, for sure during the next 10.

China has a lot to do with bitcoin, not necessarily all positive but this news is relatively insignificant and had very little to do with the recent pump. That had more to do with the trillion dollar stimulus and BTC remaining flat the last several days while stocks continued to sell off (aka decoupling)

Considering they suppressed the news of this starting months ago (which would have contained this faster had they just come out and admit it), I take anything they say with a grain of salt.

A much needed little bump in crypto.... Be careful out there - after many rushed into cash, there's all sorts of speculation about what's next. Some are even referring to the situation as "the plandemic". Martial law (papers, please), quarantines, keep the fear level high, the government stepping in to "rescue" everyone, economic reset, etc.

Yes was actually up a couple hundred. It has since dropped a few hundred since that short time huge spike up.

Exactly... But who is actually doing that.. I got out too early in the 1 spike and got back in to scrap what was left.

No error, but it won't even allow me to copy and paste the address.

Not to be paranoid, but I don't like the sound of that. Something messing with your clipboard and the address box at blockchain.

I guess you have rebooted or restarted the browser since this started?

I might run a virus scan personally if i could not track this down.

I am pretty sure the problem is not due to a blockcahin site setting... pretty sure. But maybe think about that if you changed any setting recently too.
