He did so by talking out of school. And the only reason he did talk was to make himself look good. As always, it's Magic who comes first, everything else second.

He says he's upset because Pelinka joked that Magic was never in the office. Johnson doesn't deny he was never in the office, only that he was upset Pelinka said so behind his back. Well if you're never in the office there's gonna be a lot of stuff said behind your back......because you're not there!

Then he blames the Anthony Davis botched trade fiasco on the Pelicans GM. Of course, it's always someone else's fault.

Then he got mad because he was over-ruled about firing Luke Walton mid-season. Magic was the only guy in the office who wanted Luke gone at that stage of the season and got miffed when he didn't get his way. "If I'm not having fun, I'm not gonna stick around" was his comment. So let me get this straight--firing Walton mid season (when the team is riddled with injuries) is FUN to you?!

He could've just left and kept quiet, but instead felt the need to whine to Steven A. Smith and his co-tool Max Kellerman. Boo Hoo!

The Lakers organization has become a laughingstock. Jeannie Buss is completely in over her head. The media will spare her because she's a woman and pointing out the ineptitude of a woman is not PC these days. Pelinka is a con man. Magic was a great basketball player that's it.. He sucked and quit as a coach and now as GM.. Magic was never made to work jobs or stay in the office. I think there's probably a good amount of distrust in the NBA of Pelinka but I don't think there's a GM in the league who isn't trying to get over in every transaction they make.
