No you can give them all away but there is a rule against monetary transactions between posters. If a non-American is giving points to an American so he can buy Bitcoin and then split it with the non-American, that would be a violation. Might be hard to prove though.
It seems to me though that bets between posters would be monetary transactions as well now that Bitcoin is available but that has never been addressed as far as I know.
The biggest issue to be addressed is the chip dumping these guys did while they were "flipping". It seems that Fire would go all-in except for $1 dollar and then fold to ensure that Boooooooobs would win the pot. If they were doing this, then they should both get a ban.Comment -

I recall when this was brought up last summer after snot face spilled his milk and waves told him to check it down. This shows obvious chip dumping.... but since they'd already kicked the lowlife scam eagle to the curb, it kind of went unaddressed (at least "on the record", sbr could have privately broke all this off in waves' vapid ass for all we know, thus the one month longer ban than snot face).....
