Field (-129) vs Djokovic to win Australian Open... error?
This is crazy. Im not a big tennis guy and saw this looking around Pinnys site. One guy being a +110 fav in a field this big is nuts
Anyone else going to hammer this?

correct odds.
Bet against him and see what happens. Even money seems crazy, but if you have been watching past 6 months of tennis, it will take an amazing performance to beat Joker 3/5 sets

Joker's last 3/5 set loss was in QF of French Open. Won 2 straight majors after and only 4 losses after French Open.

how is it nuts if youve won it 6 times out of the last 11 years not to mention the last 2 majors of 2018

He dominates this tourney. Fed down, Nadal coming off injury. Only others that have a shot are Zverev or Delpo. Cilic prob makes semis.

all depends on draw too. Fed will be on opposite side of bracket so they shouldn't have potential match until finals

one injury, one bad day can put down a +110 fav in a 128 man field. thats why

and no injuries and no bad days I guess is how he's won it over 50% of the time the last 11 years. the difference here with men's tennis is when you say field youre really, even remotely, talking about 1 of 6-7 guys. so its best to think of it as Nole vs 6-7 players. thats the main reason for the odds, not just anybody can nor will win the tourney. would be different if women's tennis. in fact since 2003 there prob hasnt been that many different major winners.
