Yes and no. Your body consumes more calories during the day.

Stuff like sugar (simple carbohydrates) if it isn't used soon after consumption, turns into fat.

If you eat nothing all day and a big bag of candy just before going to sleep, most of that sugar isn't going to be burned (calorie consumption while sleeping is a lot less than during active hours), so it will be converted to fat.

Models, for example, don't eat late at night as a matter of course.

Can eat straight up protein meals before you go to bed, that won't turn to fat in your sleep... Chicken, fish, Steak straight up... May help you sleep better also.. Veggies also will work for late night snacks if you must..

Anything with carbs and sugars are a no no before bedtime..

LOL That is exactly why I won't turn Pro. They could just ban you anytime for whatever reason they chose

and then take your points. 2 days ago, one of the Mods on here called a guy a "jerk" and told him that he

AND THEN told me in the private message to: "Go read the posting rules of the website here!!"

I replied "Where the hell in the posting rules does it say YOU can post that a guy is a "jerk" and tell him
