I went there last night. It was a pretty good setup. They had a nice area to sit and watch the games with food and drinks. Comfortable seats. I didn't like that they didn't have a big screen to see all the lines, so live wagering would have been tough. Apparently they show the live lines usually on some other screens but because there was so much baseball they used those screens to show games. I check the lines compared to my heritage account and they were close. Also late last night i placed Yankees-Mets for today over 9.5 runs and got +110. Heritages this morning had it at -108, but that's changed since then on their site. So there is some value in some lines at the Meadowlands. There were more people watching sports than horse racing. The worst part was i had to wait for traffic from the Taylor Swift concert to thin out before leaving.

How as crowd in the book??

I think they went cheap and did not invest in big odds boards like 90% of Vegas books have

It wasn't over crowded at all. I would say about 100-110 people there if i had to guess at one time. People came and go though. They had 6 windows open so there was no wait at all to bet. Your 100% right about the big boards. They could make some changes. I talked to some people who were down at Borgata and Monmouth and they said as far as just setup the Meadowlands blows those two away right now- nothing to do with lines. They say Borgata was especially small and disappointing. You would think an MGM property would have done it better. No place to sit, only the race book seats.

Its not Vegas and never will be

To have a proper sportsbook costs huge money and they will never spend the money nor have the room

Most will be empty once apps come out

All those online account from big English bookmakers are only trap to invited people to casino where they can quickly lose their money thats why bookmakers always put limit or borders on sports betting but never on casino.
