Anyone who even tries to argue that Kobe is > Jordan obviously wasn't watching the NBA when MJ was in his prime tyvm.

and I have loved watching Kobe play throughout his entire career, I remember him and Shaq falling to the Rockets in the playoffs before they hit their stride. Kobe is absolutely one of the best of all time, but doesn't even touch MJ.

and I like LBJ of course being an Ohio guy, not being an NBA loyalist to the extremes (Cavs r team, but I always have enjoyed watching certain guys play: Kobe, MJ, etc)

Kobe is > LBJ, not terms of physical abilities...but in basketball IQ, skills...work ethic, dedication, heart...etc

Not no zone defense or defensive 3 seconds, the NBA did that to open up scoring and pad players stats on offense. But, anyway I rather watch college game then pro's cause it's all bout the all mighty buck.

If Kobe had to play with the likes of the Pistons of the 80's, they would treat kobe like there little B.

This is true. Add to that, the huge factor of hand checking. Getting by a defender was never as easy as today's game.

Seems like MJ could not do it without Scottie yet Kobe seems to be fine on his own. He will do it with Odom and Gasol or he will do it with Shaq he doesnt care. MJ was the face man of the best team ever, Kobe is the best player ever.
