Its really hard for me to fathom how dumb you are nicky, but here it is:

Michael never lost in the finals.
Michael never caught a charge and almost went to jail for the rest of his life.
Michael made everyone around him better and only took more than 30 shots a handful of times over many many years.

i am not 18. and i am not a laker or kobe fan.. but i do know one thing.. i know that i know basketball more than everyone of you in this thread combined. i watch basketball on tv everyday.. i play basektball alot.. i have seen both play and how can you not think Kobe is the greatest of all time.

I was a scout at the Montreal Recreation Center. i had to scout kids ages 12-16.. i was good at it..

and just to let you boys know who you're dealing with and that i'm no slouch. if i was 11 inches taller and my shooting was much better and my foot speed was a lot better, I could have easily been in the NBA..

That's how good i am......so as you see, i know basketball.

Sorry Nicky. You know im a big fan of urs but this is when i have to get off the train. I will say this tho. Kobe is the closest thing to Michael i have seen in my lifetime. Still Michael is better. All i have to say is Keyword: ESPN classics. For all u boys that are in ur earlier 20's u need to watch some games Jordan played in, before u can even comment on this subject.

Can we agree on this...that Kobe is carving out his own niche as a big game player? It's refreshing to see that after all these years he's stopped trying to be MJ and is now his own guy. For my money he's the best closer in the game right now and the best that the league has seen since MJ. After he's hung up his sneakers let the historians sort it out.

the story is that jordan had big gambling problems and still does and his father was a hit(the 2 goofs who killed him were sent to do it). the league told jordan to retire so that the story would calm down and go away. they said take a break cause being the great star he was if it came out fully it would make him and the league look shit. this isnt new info its old
