It's a lot easier for a book that caters for US players to process a deposit than a withdrawal. As far as the authorities are concerned, you are depositing or sending funds to something like SHOEMAN 2009 or BTD BILL or whatever, nothing gambling related.

However, they need a seperate PROCESSOR to physically send the funds to you because a paper trail is evident, (it will lead back to them unless they use a processor) Im not an expert on the situation at all. What I do know is that it's harder for a book to send your withdrawal than it's to take your deposit.

This outfit is really not impressing me now. Finally I got a delivery yesterday, but it was for only half the amount I requested. Why could they not tell me this would happen before, and why is it taking so bloody long to get this payment? A bit of communication along the lines would make things so much better.

If this is how a B rated book deals with its customers, I would advise everyone to stick to A ratings only.

This problem occured over a month ago ... you should be good to fund and get paid by these options.

If you dont believe me ask those that use the Neteller/MoneyBookers or Click2Pay options ... we this month have had NO COMPLAINTS on customers getting paid.

Dishonesty is not part of my vocabulary, if you dont believe me, ask those that met me in person at the bash held by SBR.

I had willhill unable to find a payment of mine for nearly a month via moneybookers once.

Betfair just last week were unable to pay out via any method at all, cos their systems went nuts.

I almost reuped but the calls pissed me off, shit youwager doesn't call that much.

After talking with Hedgehog I re-uped at Heritage. Received a sweet 1500 cash bonus. I have that up 5 units already.

I signed up on this forum to come in here and dispute the claim by sharky. Justbet is not very helpful. I won a bunch of money this week after signing up and they told me I can't request withdrawal for 15 days. I deposited with a method called paste and pay and when i asked how i'd get my money back they said they would refund the deposit to paste and pay and then send the rest to me.

I then asked how they would send it and they would not answer. I have a feeling I'm not getting my money back.....

Sharky, if you are out there and I could speak with you I'd appreciate it because you seem much more helpful than ANYONE i've spoken with in the online chat.

I didn't read everything on this thread... but seems like Justbet do payout but not as fast as some other books like betjam or 5dimes. I did get a cold call from Justbet so I decided to call them to see what they will offer me. Liked the bonus offer but when I asked them about payout options, I remeber not like them at all since it was going to take them to long. But, the person I was talking with was very straight up with me. So if you can wait 2-3weeks(I think person I spoke with said check takes 14business days) for check payout, Justbet might work for you.

My story: I deposited money and won a lot. As I was playing some blackjack (after I won a ton) they shut down the kind of blackjack I was playing. Then when they got it going again it started freezing all the time and giving me a message saying "trying to connect to server" during hands. Funny, this never happened when I was down in chips.

So its also funny that this message always came up when I was standing on 20 and 21 against a dealer 5 or 6. The game would reset and all of a sudden the screen would be clear and I would be down a lot of money and had never seen the dealers hand. It is impossible that I lost standing on 21.

Basically, JUSTBET.COM is fraudulent and I have tried to reach out to them. They stole my money.

DO NOT TRUST THEM. YOU CAN EMAIL ME ON THIS FORUM IF YOU WANT FURTHER DETAILS.

Have you done a proper complaint about this to them? I am not aware of this incident, I did have a chat from a gentleman yesterday afternoon, I went ahead and notified the proper casino manager to assist, if you are the same guy, simply go back into chat and lets deal with this as it should be done.

I as of yet have not been notified of such incident until now. I do suggest in the future to use all available options before posting something as above.

DO NOT USE THEM, don't just not use their casino, but since you know they cheat, dont use them at all.

I got my money back through a charge back and they can't do anything about it.
