Just think it's kind of a weird way of thinking, counting possible wins are better than counted wins. I look at both when I'm looking at it. Lot of people are in it.

Fair enough. Yeah, there will probably 12-15 within 4 points of leader going into final. Wide open. Nobody ran away.

ABSOLUTELY 20 can make the top 7 if you pick the final winner!!!!!

You will most likely have around 8-10 people ahead of you, but half of those will pick the losing side

Yeah, and I'd go so far as to say perhaps it will be impossible to cash without picking the final winner. Even the person(s) in the lead going into the final could maybe fall out of top 10 if they don't hit final winner. That's why this system is meh. Winning the first 30 should count for more. I think they should have cutoff after the first 30 and fixed 4-10. And then had 1-3 pick the final side/O-U and total tiebreaker to settle top 3. Leading into the final and then falling all the way out would suck.

I don't see any rules as regards to the last pick? I would only assume if you don't pick the last game for the 4* play... it automatically counts as a loss, correct? I just don't want to do something above or outside the rules and forfeit my position.

I looked everywhere for the ruling in regards to this... but I don't see any rule?

So technically... if I don't make the 4* selection it would count as a loss... and I would win last place? Could I get verification on this? Thanks.

As quoted in the contest rule;

All players MUST enter a 16th and final pick on the Championship game. The pick denomination will be 4*. An official thread collecting the 16th pick will be posted Monday January 4. The final pick is due by Friday January 8 at 11:59PM ET.
