I signed up at YMCA here.
Bought a water bottle and a towel from Walmart, and I got these fresh kappa shorts and diadora runners. I am going to workout at 7am and show off to the ladies inside. So far this is my routine:
Warm-up: Brisk 5 minute walk on treadmill
Stretching 10 minutes
20 Sit ups (Pause 1 min and repeat 3 times)
Leg Curls ( 3 sets, 8 reps)
Wrist curls with barbell ( 2 sets, 30 reps)
Finish it off with a 10 minute steady pace jog in same spot.
What do you think? Any tips?
