All you've got to do to go Pro is apply here: http://www.sportsbookreview.com/forum/sbr-pro/

You can't go Pro with a sportsbook deposit as a US member. It will require a $100 charitable donation or 3,000 points to renew (if you've been Pro before).

Additionally the only email received so far was on your signup inquiry, we need the proof of travel. You can also PM it to me. We sent you two emails.

question about phone usage (especially AT&T)....do i need to call them and add a plan for the DR for that week? i'm going to certainly check. be sure to do the same with your carrier...hate to come back to one of those crazy $1000+ bills.
