I'm saying Rice committed an actual crime, and Sterling had unpopular opinions. In a perfect world, people would realize Sterling is free to think what he wants, and Rice should get punished according to the law, not according to media or public outcry.

But considering what was done to Sterling, more punishment than a 2 game suspension has to be given to Rice to avoid blatant hypocrisy

Yes, violence against women does happen every day, but prejudiced opinions are thought and talked about by all races every second of every day in America too

Yup finally heard someone reference the summer news conference where she apologized for her role in the events that night - odd but true- and then was batted around that they have a child together and the finances, she's thinking about the $$ ramifications in all of this. Thats where I always get split on the issue of spousal beat downs....doesn't matter if its in a trailer park or an NFL sized house...the ones who call the cops and then 24 hrs later forgive and say he'll change...a week later repeat....you need to leave or stop with the nonsense. In this case, she can take half or more in damages of his earnings/assets...more than enough to live on BUT she's thinking of taking up MMA sparring to call it a wash on the pain because $100k a month is better than $25k a month in alimony.....thats on her. Vegas radio today was saying that TMZ's founder, Harvey Levin said that the biggest bomb is coming today. I can't remember how it was phrased, but I'm pretty sure he was inferring that the NFL had access to the entire video this whole time. Should be an interesting day.

What he should be doing is thanking his lucky stars his cowardly ass didn't kill that girl. That was as violent of a knockout as there is. She easily could've died when she hit that rail.

No one has denied Ray the right to work and earn a living. But playing in the NFL is a privilege. With those actions coming out on tape, he's lost that privilege. 100% rightly so.

He's an animal who clearly needs to be locked in a cage. Civilized people don't act that way.
