Seattle won more games but SF was a better team this year.

SF lost @ SEA (but won at home) lost to a strong Carolina team.. Seattle barely beat Tampa in OT, lost to Arizona, barely beat Houston who has the #1 pick this year.

Seattle is more like a 10-6 team or 11-5 that got a few lucky wins.
