#37Shaq had a 36" vertical tested at the combine along with the highest Max Reach EVER recorded in the history of the combine. He was quick, fast and agile. Except 18 year old kids only remember the old shaq.
Russel Westbrook tested 36.5"
Terrence Ross tested 37.5"
Blake Griffin 35.5"
Think about that.
Not some BS numbers kids pull out like 45" verticals.Comment -

South Florida?
I would say very far, Big East title contenders this year.
Only issue I have with assuming his dominance is his game would not be comparable to what you see at the Pro's. College coaches can take a single player out of the game much easier due to the size of the court.
Meaning, you run into teams with other top pro potential on it, very good chance LeBron isn't able to play hero ball.Comment -

Blake is a punk bitch, that doesn't even get my respect.
Now, before you say - but Lucas is a midget. Realize that this was in game, and Lucas - albeit short - is still much taller than the hood of a shit Kia. (Blakes most famous dunk, and the one every pundit shows when talking about Blake as a prolific dunker).
Also, the Bulls are my team, so that is especially painful.
That also isn't even in Bron's top 10.Comment -

#50Lebron James (current player) can take any D2 in all of America and win the National Championship.
Lebron James (18 year old) on a solid/good D1 team would win it all with ease. Please. Mello won a championship single handedly. When was the last time you saw a 6'8 240 pound (when he was 18) year old kid in college that could run that point. Since Magic. And what happened there. Thanks.Cause Sleep is the Cousin of DeathComment -

Put LEbron James on one of the worst D2 schools in the nation and he'll beat Duke, Michigan, whoever you want. The fukkin 3 point shot in college is a midrange jumper in the NBA. Please.
College basketball is a joke. LIke I said no one was able to stop Mello (at 18 years old), and you think someone is gonna stop a 27 year old Lebron James.Cause Sleep is the Cousin of DeathComment -

#53Dude, are you serious? You realize Lebron James is 6'9 270 pounds and plays PG right with the ability to post up most PF in the NBA, not the shitty ass college game. Are there even PF's in college basketball that weight 270? lol. Enough said. The games wouldn't even be close.

If that is the case, you could put him on UMASS and they'd have a shot at a title.
However, if that is the case, there are countless NBA players past and present that the same could be said.
Durant in his prime, for example, would be able to do the exact same thing.Comment -

#58Grambling is so bad they should be kicked out of the division
it's not just that they're winless. It's that they play a very weak schedule and awful teams routinely blow them out. Jackson State beat them by 39
Cleveland State by 43
Auburn by 50
Southern Miss by 48
Southern by 39
Texas Southern by 45
etc.
Guys off the street would beat them.[quote=jjgold;5683305]I win again like usual

Going around to the worst teams in any given sport, and figuring out why they are so bad.
Basically, just ripping 1 team a show for 30 minutes.
I'd watch.Comment -

#60Exactly ChalkyDog.
Put Chris Bosh (current) on any D1 college basketball team and he'd win the NCAA title with ease. He's a 7 footer that'll hit that pussy college three ball like it's nothing. Not to mention there would probably be 5 guys tops in the country that could guard him down low.
Any NBA All Star would win a college championship with any D1 school. Lebron would win it with D2 talent. As a rookie, no doubt if you put Lebron on any top 20 college team they would win the tournament.Cause Sleep is the Cousin of DeathComment -

Lebron could have 4 ttwarriors on his team who wouldn't be able to ever make it down to the other end and would still carry them to a championship. K13 just watch King James today and get off the crack as soon as possible.Comment -

But yes, like most of the guys here have said, LeBron would win the national championship with ease with 4 TTwarriors on his team. Look at the the best players in the country right now and just think about them having to guard or be guarded by LeBron. There's no way they would stand a chance.Comment -

#64I like this question...
LeBron on South Florida...
Lol, everybody is completely out of their mind. If you think about this, LeBron at what, 20? 21? took the cavs to the finals. Thats him as a...lets say Junior in college?
If he stayed four years at USF, they win 2 championships.
If hes a one and done, He carries them to the sweet 16. maybe further depending on somethings.
Like, How many people do you think would have followed him to USF if he would have went to college for a year?
It wouldnt have been the team they had out there i can tell you thatComment -

#70Lebron now would make any BCS conference team a championship contender. He would be virtually unstoppable in the college game, plus he could shut almost any player down defensively. The shorter game would mean he could play every minuet. The only chance would be to try and get him in foul trouble. Granted many players in the NBA could go back to the college game and have a similar impact.Comment
