Lebron now?? Championship.....Lebron in his college aged years?? Probably Sweet 16ish possibly final 4
No one in college could even come close to slowing down present day Lebron.....And South Florida or a team like them are atleast good enough to compete otherwise

Shaq way more dominating in his prime. Lebron ain't shit.
He'd never win a championship with a crappy team, maybe if Dwade and Bosh joined they might make the Final Four.

I think they would still suck. They could double and triple team LaBron because none of those other fuks can knock down a shot. How many times this year they score less than 50? I think they are shooting like 34% in the conference games.

Lebron led the worst team in the NBA to 60+ wins. He could take any top 90 team and they would become instant title contenders. Top 50 teams become instant favorites.

Seriously.....It's not just Lebron....a handful of other NBA stars would take a South Florida to the title too

Easy title, even players like Anthony, Bosh, Durant would lead to the title game at least. I think it'd be harder for a guard alone to take them.

Probably take them to the championship game, he's that good. Remember Larry Bird took Indiana State to the championship game almost singlehandidly & I'm sure the role players at S.Fla from a high level conference are likely to be better than the
role players Bird played wirh at Indiana State.

This thread is laughable.
Durant was dominant in college and what did he win on a "good" team?
What about Griffin?
You guys actually think Lebron is THAT much better than Durant?
College is not the same as the joke of the NBA.
Lebron would get called for so many charges he'd foul out by half-time. lol
All the crap calls he gets in the NBA he would not get in college, can't bull doze everyone.
College is a team game and you can play different defenses against superstars.
Durant averages more ppg than Lebron in the NBA and had D.J. Augustin on his team in college among other top recruits and they lost in the 2nd round.....
Let's not forget Lebron is not clutch and won't hit any late game shots. Now he's going to win a championship with any garbage teams.
If anyone watched Shaq in college you'd know he was way more dominate than Lebron could ever be. Still lost.

Too true, David Robinson took Navy to the elite eight. Bron easily does same.

So Durant at 18 years old= Lebron at 26 or whatever he is now??
Lebron NOW would destroy the competition, and it wouldn't really be close.....Lebron at 18 not so much

Lebron is already hitting 29 this year. He's old, slow and can't jump as high. Past his prime.
Durant at 18-19 is no different than Durant at 21 in the NBA where he averaged 30 a game.

Comparing College basketball and the NBA is like comparing NCAA wrestling and WWE "pro" wrestling.
David Stern is Vince McMahon and he puts certain stars over the top to produce the right profits.
Putting someone over is the same in the NBA as the WWE.

Correct.
K13, name me 4 players in college who even have a hope of trying to guard Lebron? They doubled and tripled him on the cavs, that didnt really work, only the best NBA! teams were able to beat them (him).
Lebron would be a top 3 college player at any position, possibly #1 at any position. He'd score 50 a game or his team would have wide open layups if he got tripled.
You take a team like Duke, Mason Plumlee would have to cover Lebron or he'd post up anyone else to no end. How long would it take Lebron to break Plumlee's ankles?

Pistol Pete averaged 45 a fucken game and he still won shit in college.
You have to be retarded to think Lebron would average 50 a game. Still would lose even if he did anyway.
Jordan barely won a championship on a stacked team with NBA players.

Yes when Jordan was in COLLEGE he barely won a COLLEGE championship. Different story when he's older, wiser, and has NBA games under his belt.
I'm done, if Jimmer can lead BYu as far as they went, and Steph Curry can take Davidson somewhere, Lebron could take a mediocre team anywhere he wanted.
