    What the hell happened to BetIslands?
    When I first joined, BetIslands was a fantastic book. Rarely any problems, if they did happen, they were immediately taken care of. In the last month however they have gone straight downhill.

    Started first off when I tried to make a deposit they gave me the name of someone on the government watch list. This lead to hours of being on hold with ** trying to clear myself and get the transaction cancelled. I had to send in my identification as well as get more information on the person I was sending to, which was a total pain to get from BetIslands.

    They also had tons of issues even letting people log in to the account.

    Then for no reason, I had my casino limits cut to almost nothing. I asked them why they said oh you need at least 1k in your account to have your limits raised. So I got 1k in my account, and asked them to be raised and they said no.

    I also requested a cashout and have had problems with that for the first time ever.

    What the hell is happening BI?!

          Not to mention the lines have gone to hell, they post alot of -115 lines both ways, WTF is that Johnny Boy? Place was a great out 30 days ago, Since they have upgraded and added 2 books they have gone to hell. Not to mention the guys answering the phones, they dont know WTF they are doing either. Longtime customer, but have been swayed over the other books the last 30 days. How many times have these guys been down the last 30 days? I know they dont want to be down, but shit it aint my fault the phones and internet went to at betislands. Anyone seen or heard from Jon in the last 2 weeks? i know i havent. Yeah yeah i know they pay quick and always pay.

              i got my name messed up at the other p2p place that starts with a W... its part of the game.. it happened about 3-4 years ago with another book..

              not sure how that is betislands fault..

              as far as the logging into accounts.. all you have to do is capitalize your User name.. its not a big deal..

              as far as your casino limits.. i have no clue about that.. have you been beating them over the head in the casino ?

              what went wrong with your cashout ?

                          Hope all is well.

                          I understand the situation but banking restriction and person2person deposits are out of our hands or any other sportsbooks. We do what we can at all times to provide the best service if we do not raise the casino limits for a client that does not mean we are not the book we were before.

                          As far as our tech issues go , we have been down 2 times in the last month for that I apologize and all players were compensated for that.

                          I have been around on a daily answering my emails and private messages , if you wish to get in touch with me just email me at jon@betislands.ag and I will be more than happy to help like I always have.

                          Hawkeye email me and I will take care of any issues you have.

                            I actually called them last night and basically said the same thing. I said I do not want anything, no free play no special treatment. I just want you to know my experience the last month so you may know why I am moving most of my business elsewhere.Tough month to be customer with BI. Phones down, server down multiple times on a Saturday ...then on a sunday.
                            Payout BS..and no I am not going into that with specifics but lets just say they did not do what they said they would do and promised to do.
                            One site .ag I can log into but their other site .mx I can not log into anymore. Complete chaos.
                            I only went to BI on SBR Lou's advice. I spoke with JON and said listen I do not want anything special but I have been told if there is an issue you will get involved and will fix it. JON said yes. Fukkkk I have issue...call John 4 times over week and nothing. Email John ...nothing. When their are issues a simple post now and then by JON to say guys all is ok or well get this fixed soon or something would be well received. Its been 8 weeks JON, nice of you to reply. CHEERS

                            I got a 100 free play 2 weeks ago put into my account. Basically $50 I do not want free plays I just want you to do what you say.

                                  Against my better judgement I am going to make this post given all the personal attacks vs me and Betislands lately.

                                  For over 4 years now I have posted on this forum trying to help players out , give a better service and clear any doubts... taking the insults , the name calling from most clients that in the end just did not get their way with us and wanted more non deposit freeplays and I said no.

                                  I try and do what most GMs/ owners dont, come on here on a daily basis and take care of everyone the best I can and I honestly think I take care of 99% of players. Yes I take alot on my plate but I see players complaining about the smallest issues and starting threads when they just needed to contact us and be a bit patient to get the issue resolved. I get over 200 emails daily and phone calls of people asking me for free money or trying to extort me with this very forum so I apologize If sometimes a real client issue falls through the cracks.

                                  Now over the last month YES we have had some tech issues , YES we were down and for that there is no real excuse but I come on here and tried to compensate players with bonuses alot of them who did not even have a balance at BI but still something that no other or very few books do somehow we are still the bad guys. I keep saying no book is perfect every book has issues but it seems issues with Betislands get blown out of astronomical proportions . Maybe its because people know I will come to the rescue and try to rectify it or maybe they just want free money.

                                  Point is guys no book is or will ever be perfect I cant always be the hero , sometimes I HAVE TO SAY NO and that does not make me a villain it just makes me a business owner making the right calls.

                                  So my apologies if you feel you are not getting the best service I really do try to make BI a top out and I demand 110% from my staff but we are not robots there are times during a day when our work load is larger than normal so sometimes the service may be a more get to the point than the standard friendly CS at Betislands.

                                  So again if you need me email and I will do my best to take care of everyone.

                                            I don't understand why in the world a book would limit anyone in the casino? If there is no bonus involved WTF is the logic behind limits

                                            Same software as Heritage, did hawkeye figure out how to beat the casino's flawed RNG like corey did at heritage?

                                            Also trying to extort books with threats of threads on SBR is the lamest thing I can imagine a degenerate doing. I know it's done, look at BTJ's threads But still it's super fuckkkin lame Go out and panhandle, you'll make more and not be as big a lowlife

                                                I dont get all the complaints.. Was it frustrating when the site was down..Absloutely.. It happened at the worst possible time..I get that... Fact is BI probably lost a shitload of cash when the servers were down.. They most certainly lost a number of deposits.. So its not like they wanted that to happen.. Hopefully thats all squared away now..


                                                But to bash BI I dont get..Who treats their players better?? What owner/gm comes in here for feedback/concerns etc? I personally dont see the otehr A rated sportbooks in here doing what they can for the player to make them happy..

                                                All i personally care about is trusting where I am depsoiting my money and knowing if i win i can get it out without a major hassle. There are probably 4 books that fit that criteria for me.. BI is at the top of that list for me becasue of their personalized customer service..

                                                With all these legitimate complaints with these shit books why go after one of the few good books that actually gives a shit about their reputation.

                                                          Well said.... I believe this book is on the right track and will continue to get better and better. I think a lot of these complaints are really miniscule compared to the big picture except for that payout complaint for a check...... first i've seen any payout complaint from them

Please its the same shit every time. Just let the complaints be posted and allow users to judge them on their merit (or lack of it).

                                                                    Its funny the same people bitching are the same ones reloading their accounts at BI.. Why do that if you have a problem with the book?? If someone doesnt like it then fine deposit somehwere else.. Simple as that.. Goodluck though.. Only a few good ones left
