Welp, this dog didn't hunt, did it? As predicted, Cromartie got 2 INT's all to himself, 1 for a TD, and some other guy go one also. They sacked Farve 3 times, not including the 2 pt conversion... So with all this info, I'd say their Defense will be alright this year -- LT sure didn't look bad, niether did Sproles, Gates, or Rivers.

Great win SD betters! Sorry to Jets betters... We tried to save you from the Farve hype, but you must have been watching too much Madden. Funny how he never says it's "Farve Like" when someone throws a stupid INT huh? LOL

I had the chargers -8 and the over, so I was pleased with the result, but I am still confused as to why SD took the unneeded FG attempt. FG practice?

Perhaps I am naive. Do most agree here that some teams make decisions based on betting lines? It did seem like they were trying to screw the Jets cover.

They were playing like the SD coach had money on the game! LOL....

Nah, just in certain situations you do certain things regardless of the score. You know that. There is no unwritten rule that a team must give the other team a chance to catch up in order to save face, especially the a-holes in San Diego. They've always specialized in running up the score.

made it a 3 score game otherwise jets couldve scored twice with a 2-point conversion and tied it up. not likely but possible

                Yeah they were..

I can't remember how many games I have seen where I get screwed by my team taking a knee. It is refreshing to see a team go all out for some extra pointage, whatever the reason.
