Steve Smith, the Panthers' best offensive player, is out for the game. The Panthers defense SHOULD rebound to top ten.

Chargers should have a top five defense next year. Rivers is coming off pretty serious surgery. LT is coming off a serious injury. Gates is coming off surgery and probably won't play. The Bolts' starting center, who is very good, is out for the game (Nick Hardwick).

Add to all of this offenses usually start out slow in the beginning of the season, I forsee a very low scoring game. Thoughts?
