I don't bet it that is for sure. I think it is too difficult to bet on this game considering half of the players playing in it haven't played since the season ended.

Why do they bother with the pro-bowl? Players just want to be voted in, but not play. This game is lower than even preseason, by far the worst game of the year in any of the majors.

Only truly degenerates bet on all star games. No offense to anyone though.

I voted "total waste of time". It is.

I still think they should abandon the game itself, but still have a "skills challenge" type of competition. It would be great for kids and guys that want to learn more about the game. Show the best players doing training camp type of drills. See who can do the best pushing the two man sled, or the cone drill, something, anything. Watching the pro bowl is about like watching an NBA regular season game.

Me and "Coach" were talking about this game and he made a very good point... Players on teams that didn't make the playoffs or were out first round are not going to be up to speed in comparison to the guys who are not coming off much time... "IT APPEARS" the NFC has more recent playoff players...

I imagine when players are done they don't start trainning for next year right away much less for the "Pro Bowl"... They go home and f*ck their wives and play with their kids (For HG/Taco it would not be in that order)... They have probably toned it down mentally but there are some rule changes that should be noted too...

There will also be a "rules replay" to make sure teams are following the rules...

I don't remember them all but the two I recall are:
              NO BLITZING
NO BUMP & RUN Coverage.. I think the DB has to be 5 yards off the ball... WTF!

For some reason I imagine Romo playing the most time at QB. Also figure that he's got half his Dallas teammates on offense with LT Adams, C Gurode, G Davis, TE Witten, RB Barber, and of course WR Owens. Seems like Cowboys versus the AFC will be able to do some damage on offense.

Also, Garcia seems like a gamer that might like to have some fun at the pro bowl. Favre as well, but I think McCarthy might just give him one series, have him toss a TD to driver and yank him to keep him healthy.

The Pro Bowl will be an offensive back & forth, but I don't think the AFC guys really have the guys that want to make a personal statement this year. Manning will probably just play a series and done, he's already had his fun & games in previous pro bowls. Maybe if Big Ben or Derek Anderson get a chip on their shoulder, but I'd still rather take Romo & Garcia in this spot.

So, take the NFC +3, this thing is basically a coinflip.

I agree. I think there will be alot of points but I also expect Moss, Brady and company to try and get a few in to try and save alittle face.

Neither Moss or Brady are playing. I wouldn't bother with the +3 in either direction, but the NFC M.L. -- while more of a gamble than I usually like -- is a good value play.

NFC +145 moneyline games a toss up so might as well play the value.

Game is a waste of time I liked the ideal of moving it to the SB bye week and having it the Veteran stars (4 or more years in league)vs The future stars (3 years and under)

It was one of the new commisioners ideal he mention along with other changes to the league
