Most Giants fans come out of the woodwork this time of the year. Then NYC media goes crazy, and all the sudden here comes all the bandwagoners. It's been like that here my whole life. Personally, I'll be really suprised if the Pats are gonna steamroll in this game. They might win, they are the stronger team, and have a chance here to go down as the best team in football history, or the choke case of the century. Even though I felt, and still feel, the Giants ML has very good value at +450. I don't know what they're saying in New England, but there's been a lot of reports that the Pats pissed off the Giants D. In the last game between the two, week 17, the Pats supposedly pulled some dirty shit. Piling on after the play, and the first Pat on the bottom of the pile would be punching the Giants player with the ball, eye pokes, foot stomping by the o-line, etc..That's what they're reporting here. The defense is the heart and soul of this team, and when they show up, teams are in trouble. From hearing some of the D-Line's, and LB's comments, it sounde like they're looking to get revenge and put some Pats on stretchers, just like LT vs. Joe Theisman. If that happens, there may be a different outcome. That's the gamebreaker right there.

It's funny, I was watching ESPN (I think) with my boyfriend last night and we noticed all the Giants players giving interviews...but no Pats. I looked at my BF and said: "That's because they're too busy practicing and resting." I think the Giants may be a little too caught up in the excitement of the game. It seems to me that they have a "We're just so happy to be here!" attitude...but they need to remember: The game hasn't been played yet. The Pats have a LOT to prove here. Belichick's record coming off a bye is impressive to say the least.
