I didn't say stats guaranteed victory. I said TB was the better team. All you've said is that you don't see them winning, and you've provided no reasoning for feeling that way except "I've watched the Giants play and I know what they're capable of" which is totally laughable.

I post here to argue about games and possibly learn something I didn't know. I've been shown up with good reasoning before that's made me reconsider, but you're not doing your part here at all. Nobody said I was basing my opinion on the Giants winning simply because I'm a fan. I want the Giants to win, yes, and do I think they will win, YES! I don't see how the giants can match the emotion they played with last week. It is just too tough. Shocky being out takes away a crucial dimension to their offense that they'll need in the playoffs. The Bucs should make it very difficult on Eli, forcing a few turnovers. Jeff Garcia will play solid. Ultimately, I don't see the Giants playing their best game here.

1) TB VASTLY overrated team, playing in a weak division, and suffering a humilating loss to SF on the road to a dude named S Hill.

2) NYG's D line will be a nightmare for TB and will stymie EG, resulting in Garcia to chuck itmore than he should. Thatll result in him being pummeled and hurt.

Hell yeah man, Eli Manning proved he can compete with the best when he lead his team to a near upset over the Patriots. They never got blown out like everyone expected. The Giants offense certainly is not the worst in the league but about average, but we got some top defense to shut Tampa Bay down today yo.. Eli Manning also plays really well in the warm weather. He is atrocious in the cold weather, and not everyone can say all teams play bad in the cold. Some teams actually play better in the cold then they do when the temps are nice

Also remember what happend to the last 2 teams that played there superbowl and almost beat New England or Dallas what happened to them the following week. Baltimore noone thought had a chance in the world almost and should have beat them played Indi the following week and got destroyed. Detroit should have beat Dallas... the following week played San Diego and got destroyed. So I am thinking the same thing... I like TB -3 at home here. NYG is missing its starting C (the most important position since they call the protections, etc.) and a starting CB in Madison. That leaves a weakened O-line against a solid TB defense and a very weak, exploitable secondary. I see Eli being pressured into mistakes and TB's offense getting plenty of short fields to take advantage of. I'm also leaning under 39.5 because TB will be rusty in the beginning from resting starters and the NYG offense will be ineffective all day. GL to everyone though, just 1u on each.

They been playing excellent all year and have one of the highest ranked defenses in the league. Of the 6 Giants losses, 2 were to the Dallas Cowboys, 1 was to the Undefeated N.E Patriots and One was a must win for Washington to stay in the playoffs. It was not a must win game for the Giants. Look how they played the following week against Buffalo when the playoffs were on the line. Also, if Eli Manning and the Giants can play against the Bucs the way they did against New England, you better believe Tampa Bay won't stand a chance.
