SF and INDY are my big plays. I really like a young, but developing SF team against a weak SEA team. I'd love a big game by Smith....he's really working hard, and it would help me recover from the butt whoopin' I received in CFB yesterday.

I'm on SF as well, but it's going to be tough for them to put up any points w/ Dilfer.

SF's offense is horrible. With or without Alex Smith. Frank Gore is it.

yeah i thought he would look better than he has...he has no arm anymore....it's tough enough to lose, but to lose like this when the starting qb gets knocked out the 1st drive...well that sucks even more.

SF would've gotten smoked whether Alex Smith was in or not. The line got dominated and the Seahawks moved the chains on a semi-regular basis.
Also, can everyone finally admit Alex Smith just isn't very good? I've watched my fair share of niners games over the past couple of years and he just doesn't have it. He doesn't ook good in the pocket, his accuracy is mediocre at best, and even with improved decision making, he doesn't have the capabilities to make enough things happen. They may throw him out there again in '08, but there's no way this guy is still an NFL starter come 2009.
