    Betting the under in preseason
2006 NFLX. Throwing out week 3 when the totals are set higher (and when faves went 13-3 ATS last year, as opposed to 5-10 ATS in week 1), betting every under for totals in the 33.5 to 35 pt range would have cashed in at 15-5. (closing lines)

    So far this preseason: 5-3

Looks like line is closing at 35.5 pts. Outside of the range. Passing on this one.

Holgrem playing his backup QB for entire game. Even against 4th stringers. I thought Mike was bigger that than, but guess not.

Just for the record. DEN and SF played under the total of 34.5 pts, so preseason week 1 ends in a 6-3 W/L for playing unders in the 33.5-35 pt range.

FWIW, just like last season home favorites of 3 pts went 1-4 ATS in week 1. That's a combined 2-8 ATS.

Last year home favorites of 3 pts made up for this in preseason weeks 2 and 3 by going 8-1 ATS.

I'd say this was a little lucky, after 27 points were scored in the first half, but I'll take them any way I can get them...

First game of preseason week 2 falls in the 33.5-35 total range. Line closed at 33.5 pts. Let's see if this under angle will go to 7-3.

7-3 so far this preseason (added to the 2006 15-5 record that's 22-8). Just a reminder that week 3 in preseason is not part of this.

They still do. Looks like four UNDER's for tonight.

The PHI game could be out. Pinny just moved line up to 35.5 pts.
Three of the top books have the NE game at 35.5 pts, so that one could still move out of the range as well.

This is a interesting situation to keep a eye on durning the years to come. 06 brought a good profit, and so far in 07 it is doing the same.

                            Good luck tonight DH.

what's the best under for today? Buffalo or NY Jets?

                                Thnx Looker.

The line in the BUF game has moved from 34 to 35. So if the line movement is correct, then the NYJ under is stronger.

A 1-3 night for this angle. Which means I will probably toss it by the wayside. No attachment to this type of one-dimensional stuff.
