All year long I have been hearing about how Wisconsin is a fraud in a weak Big Ten. Well, now they have disposed of two pretty good quality opponents for a #3 seeded team, USC and Kansas State.
Bring on Davidson or Georgetown, the Badgers are ready. This team is for real.

Agreed. They play as slowly as two snails phucking but that style keeps them in every game. They can run too.

agreed...show they can run with a quick team today..That was my concern cause they usually play snails pace and I thought they would have problems with quick runnouts...They actually played K States game and still dominated them....

I am from Wisconsin, I have watched this team all year. Can we play with Georgetown, absolutely, however, there is no doubt in my mind they are more talented.

It all comes down to how well Butch can control the inside game. As well as controlling the pace of the game, which shouldn't be a problem considering G'Town plays such a similar style.

I'm glad Wisconsin gets no respect. They were the only side I had a great deal of confidence in today. I hope that public perception continues so the lines continue to be duller than a broadway musical...

Well, Bo Ryan has never beat a higher seed in the tournament so let's not get carried away here. That's probably the reason why they don't get a ton of respect.

Beat Georgetown AND Kansas and UW will get all the respect in the world. Lose to them, and they are just a nice program that is very competitive year in and year out. It's as simple as that.....

Outside of the Indiana debacle the Big Ten has represented themselves pretty well in an obvious down year. Wisconsin definitely has a shot to move on but they likely have a pretty stiff test in front of them.

                                5-2 SU
                                5-2 ATS

I think they would have a tougher time against Georgetown than Kansas. I know that sounds crazy but I am pulling for Davidson to beat Georgetown (dont think its going to happen though) -and I like Wisky's chances alot better against Davidson.......because I really believe that Wisky can beat Kansas if meet up.

Big Ten fared well in the tournament. Purdue played great and are going to be a major force next season.

Wisky and Michigan St are the real deal.

Wisconsin was rediculous from 3 today. They are looking like real solid contenders. You can call me a hater, because I really dont like them, but I'm a realistic hater who can admit that Wisky is for real

Yep, I had Kansas State and Wiscy impressed me a lot today. I still think they lose to G-Town though. First team to score 45 wins (is that an UNDER I am smelling?)

I have also been surprised by Michigan State. They beat the hottest team in the Big East tonight.

What do you think the total would open at if they met up LT? I would say something like 115-118. What say you?
