Wolfpack +20½ at Tar Heels

Playing at home in the Dean Smith Center should help North Carolina get the win against NC State. But the Tar Heels will not cover the big spread.
No. 5 North Carolina (23-4, 9-3 ACC) enter into this game against conference and state rivals North Carolina St (14-11, 4-8) off a big road win against Boston College last time out by a score off 77-72.
The Tar Heels will look to use that momentum to get revenge for an 83-79 loss to the Wolfpack the last time these teams met on Feb 3. I think Roy Williams' Tar Heels will come out slinging and get the win, but the revenge angle has the books asking bettors to lay some heavy lumber.
With that said, I'll take a contrarian's view, go against the public and take the points with North Carolina State to cover.
