Here two schools from the same state that rarely play each other. And there is a reason for this.The people in Ohio would love to see this match up every year......both schools recruit from many of the same high schools ,but OSU will not sch. them on a reg basis. So here Kent st. gets a shot to play a team from the power 6. They will come out sky high,with nothing to loose....while taking all of the shot clock to "shorting" the game. With a game total of just 132.5...the 1st half points look real good !!

I had Kent +17 for the game thinking they would play it close to their in-state rival. Kent St undefeated before today.

They kept it close alright. Tied it up 48-48 with just a little over 10 mins to go in the 2nd half. Then the proceed to only score 4 points in the rest of the game and lose by 19.

..ya that is a bad beat,Kent st really played them tuff up to that point...it was a good angle,but did not come in....these things will happen......................gl
