Uconn, Wisconsin, and Memphis?? Is it simply a case of losing a HOF coach and replacing them with average mush? Jim Calhoun to Kevin Ollie. Bo Ryan to Greg Gard. John Calipari to Josh Pastner and now the king of average, Tubby Smith. Programs like this are on the cusp of being completely irrelevant in college basketball.

UConn and memphis really hurt by the move to the AAC. There's not appeal for top recruits to go there anymore to play road games at Tulane, ECU and USF. Football trumps everything unfortunately.

UConn should be in the ACC, there are only 15 teams anyway. It would create a 16 team league where you no longer have tourney byes.

Ollie destroyed the program, but he will be fired at the end of the season.
