I dropped $140 with the horses at Indiana Grand today but made back $60 on that electronic blackjack bs.

I'm done with the horses. I love the sport, but I'm tired of busting my ass studying football to give it back with the horses all year long. Fk TVG....had it removed from my satellite package when I got home tonite. God damn race 3....someone on here (not the Kid) suggested the 5 would romp. I don't usually blindly follow people so I studied it a little. The horse had a bullet workout on Oct. 6 with 4 furlongs @ :47 breezing. Fastest of 45 that day. Followed that up with a win on Oct 12 with a 90 speed rating. Goes out today at even money and doesn't do shit? I zig and the penetrating 1000 lb animals with the 2 ounce brains zag?? Maybe the Kid turns a profit w/the horses, but I think the rake is 18% or something. I can't beat them and I'm done trying. I'm guessing that no more then 2-3% of horse players ever turn a profit?

but seems like it could be the right thing if the beating continues. Been playing horses since 1974 taught by my dad, a man offered a job by The Green Sheet. But even he finally gave up handicapping and played the oddds board. It's an expensive education, that's a fact. Check in tomorrow if you get bored Hammer.

I did pretty good back then, but just having it on TV every day is not a good thing for me. I'm a functional gambling addict like the guy that drinks a 6-pack every night and I don't need more action then I already have. Thats the thing though....pop a few pick 4s for $1300 on a $18 bet and it keeps you hooked for a long while! Bottom line I can beat college football and even NFL/NBA this year! Stick with what you know!

I did want to chat with you a little about the Tenn/Charlotte game. The total is down to 45.5 now? I noticed Charlotte's starting QB is out and their new guy threw 3 picks last week. I think they only made it to 20 points on S Miss with a defensive TD.

What about the team totals here? Tenn should be around 33 (33.5) with Charlotte at 12. Tenn put 30 on Auburn and can't take this one lightly at 3-5? I hate laying 3 TDs to anyone but shouldn't they put up atleast 35 on Charlotte? Just a thought.
