#2836If you look at Stifler's thread I made a post of my current strategy. I am labbying 1st half (+7.5) it lost. First half I lost $22 to win $20. So on my labby line (10-10-10-10-22) I have ($35.20 to win $32) on washington (-1.5) for the 2nd half. I may not make a full unit on this, but it helps recover slowly. If this 2nd half loses, than I can just continue this line on Phx (A) bet tonight.

#2844LOL @ DLUNC3..... COM'ON MAN...
I was thinking about my labby and the two systems. Overall because I had fresh lines I only made 1.5 units on the day. However, if I was doing a regular chase with $20 on CLE and $40 on Washington, had WAS not made a huge run in the 2nd half, I would of been down money on the day. With the half system I am applying with the labby, it was easy to make 1.5 units with PHX pending... Looking like +2.5 units today.
So I may get down on myself a little for not following the system exactly, but that would be being result oriented. The bigger picture is that I could have easily been down, so happy with my betting strategy.
Just keep telling myself, after a C or D bet loss depending on the system, Labby only takes 3-4 games to recover where as chase may take up to 16 games.Comment -

#2846I agree, 7/5 is a great recovery system, but so is the labby. I prefer the labby over 7/5 because I can play the A bets. I made a post begining of this season I believe where I showed Labbying only A bets and playing 7/5 as well is more profitable than just 7/5. This is one of the reasons Wallco is working on 1-7-5.
7/5 great recovery system, but some times have to wait quite a bit of time when A bets hit a good run to recover the previous system loss.
PHX looking good so far! Up 10 with 10.5 spread.... Pretty good chance of covering. They already covered first half, so just enjoy my pizza and game.
There are no bets tomorrow. Enjoy the day off, maybe Stifler will have a play to give us some action.
Anyone have thoughts on the superbowl? I think 49ers... Covers has 60% on BAL, but line goes +3.5 to +4 why? Smells like a 49er's cover. What do you guys / girls think about superbowl tomorrow?Comment -

#2847I disagree that labbying the A bets is profitable unless your bankroll is unlimited, but good luck.
Ravens/49ers are even IMO, so the Ravens would be my pick. Not sure if I'll bet on that or not. I'm thinking the under, though.Comment -

We will ALWAYS play the M/L on favorites and the point spread (-110) on dogs. The team underlined and highlighted blue is the play. There is no point buying in this system, with one exception, if your team is the favorite, and buying down to a (-½) point spread is cheaper than playing the M/L, then by all means, buy the points, otherwise, M/L on all favorites and point spread on dogs. All results will be based on this principle. All lines and standings are based on FINAL lines from ScoresandOdds.com/. If one of the teams we are playing switches from a favorite to a dog, after my initial post, make sure you get the appropriate line if it differs from what I have posted. The wins and losses will be based on who is the dog team, and who is the favorite on ScoresandOdds.com/ final lines. I will try to update my post as often as I can throughout the day, if the lines change. However, it is the individual bettor’s responsibility to get the appropriate line if it differs from the line in my post.

#2860No. Put quite frankly, I don't entirely trust the numbers that are put out by the books about how many bettors are on each side, and even then, sharp money and large bettors have more influence than the total public.Last edited by CrazyCarl; 02-03-13, 12:04 PM.Comment -

#2863Yes he does but it costs $35. Here's the email and link. If anyone picks it up please share. Although it doesn't matter to me. I bet the Ravens point spread and money line plus 2 prop bets. I took an overtime at +600 and also will there be more than 2 people to throw a pass in the game at +190. I figure there will be some surprises today or Alex Smith will get in at some point and throw a pass. GL All
James,
First, congrats on cashing in big time on the NBA so far this
season. I am entirely convinced that we're going to go through
the rest of this season without ever suffering a single loss!
Now, the biggest sporting event of the year happens TODAY, and
it is without question the most opportunistic time to ever cash
in on sports! I have inside info to the league, and more than
ever, I've used my inside info to wreak havoc on the sportsbooks
all season long! Just how accurate has my inside info been you ask?
I correctly predicted that before the Super Bowl is to be played,
the Conference Championships would be played between the Ravens,
Patriots, 49ers, and Falcons. ALL of my predictions were 100% spot-on!
As a matter of fact, my NFL picks have been so startlingly accurate
that the ONLY single time I have had a wrong pick during the course
of the entire NFL playoffs was back in the Atlanta vs 49ers game
that went down to the wire! Other than that one exception, I have
won each and every single NFL playoffs pick with ease!
Last year in the 2012 playoffs, I also correctly picked the right
winner 8 out of 9 times, including the Giants as Super Bowl winner!
Today is the final game of the NFL playoffs. It's the Super Bowl
James. The one single biggest opportunity to sports betting
riches, simply for the fact that there is no other sporting event
where wagering limits are higher. To cash in right now on my sure-
fire Super Bowl pick, just go to:

#2865hagball52,
I thought steve posted the A-b-c record for each version... He may not have recently, but if you view all his post I am pretty sure I seen him post it recently. I think KEV called him out on one of them being a v2 and not a v3. Wallco might have it as well, since he was the one that spotted the extra v2 series recently for 2 units instead of 1 unit.
Maybe you can run the JM thread like you did in MLB. You always run a much smoother thread.
Also is MOrrison series about predicting all 4 champions and superbowl winner last year? I don't remember seeing any emails where he correctly predicted them until now. Easy to predict now once you know all the results.
I decided not to bet superbowl. Too much line movement which doesn't make sense with public consensus, and I just dont see a clear edge on the total, first half, or point spread (full game). I'll stick with the systems and labby.Comment -
