USA plays no defense at all! They just keep on scoring. If the opposing team can't keep up with their scoring, then they're screwed. That's how I see USA right now.

over 198 actually looks good if this is the case. USA will be so motivated I think they'll score a lot. Argentina will play of course. They know they can play the american tightly. Betting on the spread I think is a coin flip. Linemakers are so sharp lately!

You can't make this statement when you have only seen 1 real game. US has the best defenders on the court. Why do you think they score so much? Because they get steal after steal, and then push in transition, then its over. Just like you saw australia was down only 15 or so, and it broke open to a 25 30 pt lead within 2 minutes. I will say this though, they gamble a lot, which is why some think their defense is susceptible. But that's part of the defensive scheme.

Don't bet against the US as they are just too unpredictable and are an offensive jauggernaut.

Yes, but it's at -200. Might buy some points and take it at -3 at 1.74. Hedge on Spain will win by 1-2 points at 10.00.

Spain is the pretty pick because they have more known names.. Its going to be a battle of defense vs offense..I think its going to be a close game..this might be a line where we got to wait..if your taking spain get it now..the line will shift because everyone is anticipating the spain/usa final but if your hedging on russia wait a little..youll get a better line. I dont think sved will play as bad..point guard matchup goes to russia..russia has enough interior wise will kahn/kirlinko.. Questions i asked myself..has spain really been playing that well?

Im taking russia because i think their consistent defensive wise..i like their size and the young pg sved should come to life..anyone of the gasols that have to guard kirlenko will have problems because hes quick..might get them in foul trouble...It all depends on where i get the line though..if i can get russia +7 im all over it

The USA line..im thinking of taking argentina +25 and i dont know about the over under yet... If they will play a close game this will be it...having 4/5 nba players..plus pigninio a sound PG should be enough.. delfino has been on fire and we all know about ginobli..now this is a fact that argentina plays no defense so they will basically try to outscore the US..Scola is solid so i think 25 they will hang...if delfino, ginobli, nocino and scola is on its gonna be exciting..and i dont see why it wouldnt because they have played consistent against the USA

I don't know, you have Bryant and Lebron who will both be guarding Ginobli. Ginobli likes the challenge but he won't draw too many double teams. Scola should play pretty well. Nocione and Delfino--you can't actually depend on guys like this to guard Kevin Durant and Lebron James on the other end...

+25 looks good but it's too risky man. don't put too much on it.

getting spain-3 here. hedging with 1-2 points. I think Spain will win really. Opened at -4, now at -5. I think this will increase even more. How about the over? I think this will be a close game. Fouling at the end games will guarantee an over if this one will be at 139 with 1 minute left.

Lol thats what im trying to say.. Argentina doesnt play any defense at all...i really sat and watched them, they can score and score really well...How im predicitng it is they will score with the US..I think argentina is a veteran enough squad to where they wont make careless turnovers to push up the score...pignoin and handle the ball..if need be ginobli will operate..im saying argentina team has been playing together for years..i like how the last game ended too when the US was talking shyt after the low blow on carmelo..i think they come to play..i think it will be much closer but in these games u cant really tell. Its not like the players on argentina arent nba players...I cant fade a team with 4/5 nba players and one who is a real pro who is playing for their country..i think they got to the nba for a reason and we will see that its not necessarily superstars that can win.. knowing how to play with each other..

Yes, Kirilenko will play at his best tomorrow. But Spain peaking right at this moment. They tanked the last game to avoid USA til final so they will really take this seriously. No rest times for leaders even if they have the lead like last time. Russia on the other hand have the confidence to beat Spain because they did last time being down by at most 18 i think. So, this will be a fun game to watch. But I just can't see Spain losing. Good luck on your plays though! But pretty decided on this one. Just like France-4.5 and over but played it small cause my earlier bet lost which I was not that solid actually. Regretting it but ohwell, what's done is done. I got the same feeling playing Argentina-3.5 last time. So, this is I think the best time to fire back.

They have no size to threaten the US and their 3 and 4 (nocioni and delfino) don't have the ability to make one on one plays against Lebron, Durant, Carmello, Westbrook, etc. These guys are gonna hound them defensively. I'm not even sure who's on the Argentina bench so I can't really break these types of games down like I can with the NBA

Scola is gonna have a tough time guarding Carmello when US goes small.

Lol I dont know how you guys break down games. You guys use previous games to determine this one...
