The Orlando Magic get rid of their GM & head coach to make the dude happy and he still wants traded?! Can you really build a team around this dude's attitude? It's one thing to finish out your contract and then switch teams, it's another to demand a trade after a team bends over backwards, kisses your a$$ and does exactly what you wanted just to make you happy.
