The Clippers were as good of a situational play as you were ever going to see in the gambling world. Not only were they an 8-point underdog and +320 on the moneyline... statistically... they had a 95% chance of winning the game. It's too late now... but remember this statistic next time a pplayoff goes to a game-7 after one team was leading the series by a 3-1 margin.

Usually... the team going into a game-7 after being down 3-1 is a favorite... but you should salivate if they are a dog.

Would you have posted this if Memphis had covered? Probably not. You lose all your credit by posting after the game, had you posted this before the game maybe no-one would have tailed you but at least you would have gained credibility and people would have commended you for it. Now you just come across as someone seeking attention and trying to wind up people who bet Memphis.

How old are you? Are you old enough to have heard every frigging announcer in the world talk about the odds (no matter the sport) of a team coming back from a 3-1 deficit at least a gazillion times? (The ONLY reason I posted this information is because after browsing this board this afternoon... I was astounded by the number of people who were/had bet on the Grizzlies.) The Clippers were nothing more than a mathematical/situational play and the bonus was... in this RARE case... that they were not only a fair-sized undedog... but a nicely priced +320 moneyline play. I could have cared less if Memphis was trying to come back from a 3-1 deficit against William & Mary.

Anyway... I'm a pretentious azz because YOU didn't do YOUR homework?

In closing... this is the first time I've been on the NBA board in quite a while... I have been sticking to the MLB site exclusively. Only reason I came over here was to pass some time... (and there aren't any game sevens taking place on the MLB board).
