How Good Would James Harden Be On Another Team?
How good do you think James Harden would be as the number one option on another team? IMO, he is the Thunder's best play maker, and I think he would be a stud on his own. I could see him averaging 25 ppg, 5 rebounds and 5 assists per game. I think he would be similar to what Brandon Roy was before the injuries.

Yeah he is still pretty soft though. I wouldn't want him to be the best player right now on my team but yea I could see him averaging around 25 as the number one option and possibly being able to carry a team in a couple years.

Send him to the Bobcats, and lets see how he does.

I like his game a lot more than Durant's and Westbrook's. Westbrook and Durant just shoot, shoot, shoot. They don't make their teammates better. Harden is a true playmaker who can score and get his teammates involved.

I was thinking the same sort of thing tonight, Harden has a purpose when he drives whereas Durant and Westbrook are just looking for some way to get their shot off. Harden should prob get like 40% of late game/late shot clock touches but I don't know if Brooks has the guts to take the ball out of Westbrook or Durant's hands

Just look at Westbrook's stat line. He is a PG on an offensive juggurnaut and he only had 2 assists......

Let's not get carried away...nice player, yes. But 25 ppg? I don't think so. He's the #3 option on the team, a lot easier to get your points when the opposing teams best 2 defenders are guarding westbrook and durant

Agreed, lets see how he does when the defense's number one priority is stopping him

Ibaka is pretty good too. Led the NBA in blocks.

He usually plays a lot of his minutes when Durant and Westbrook are sitting and then finished the 4th with them (this is during the regular season I haven't watched them play in the playoffs yet this year.So his stats are primarily from when he is the number one scoring option on the floor. If you watch the guy he is a beast, I think he is a top 15 player in the league.

well, i like him a lot, but as Bleek said, i doubt if he can be #1.
I think he likes his role too, making impact coming off he bench.
