Best Flopper of the Day: Lebron
First, James flops out of bounds and gets a foul called on JR Smith. Then, he does get hit hard by Tyson Chandler but does an Academy Award job of acting after the hit.

I'm not picking on Lebron and I don't have a bet on the Knicks.

Some of the foul calls in this game are just plain bad.

The flopping in the NBA has reached new levels. James is just taking advantage of it.

It is called working the refs. All the good players do it.

Most of the calls are legit. Especially the illegal screens by Chandler.

No offense, but I trust Jeff Van Gundy's opinion more than I do yours.

Van Gundy, a coach for many years, has clearly voiced his opinion of James' flopping in this game.

Chandler's screen was a foul, but a Flagrant 1? Van Gundy didn't think so.

James is doing a great job defending Carmelo.
It's too bad he is challenging William Shatner for the worst actor of the year, outside of Reggie Evans.

I'm not just saying the ones on Lebron.

But the prior illegal screen by Chandler probably made the refs call a Flagrant on that last one. Get Chandler under control.

The Heat are the aggressor here, and are forcing the refs to make calls. All legit? No, but calls in the NBA are never always legit.

Bottom line, the Knicks are burying themselves here more then the refs are.
