Anyone Think Phili and NY Will Tank For The 8th Seed?

I think it is pretty clear that both Phili and NY would rather be the 8th seed and face Chicago in the 1st round than be the 7th seed and face Miami. IMO, Chicago has 1st round upset written all over them.

Phili actually plays Chicago pretty tough, but Miami has owned them. Not sure how much Phili "tries" tonight in Indiana. I could actually see Indi giving a better effort to secure the 3 seed than Phili.

I don't think NY lost on purpose to Cleveland yesterday, but at the same time I don't think they were that mad for losing that game.

IMO, 8th seed looks a whole lot better. Beat Chicago and then you face either Boston or Atlanta. If you are the 7th seed you have to go through Miami and Indiana.

As a Chicago fan I don't put much stock into Philly's performances vs us this year. I still badly want to play them 1st round, this team is limping into the playoffs. Knicks on the other hand are so much more dangerous and do have the potential knock out one of the big 2.
Milwaukee are still not out of the playoffs so I don't think Philly tanks tonight but maybe once they are locked in.

The Bulls would destroy NY or PHI in a 7 game series. People on this forum are fuking dumb to believe that the BUlls are getting upset by either of those teams. The Knicks are talking out of their ass saying they would rather play the Bulls I think they have a better shot at beating to Heat then the BUlls.

I was saying that Philly would be a breeze and Knicks would play us a lot tougher. I do not expect us or the Heat to get knocked out in the first round at all but the Knicks have a greater chance of doing that than Philly

Apparently not, Phili is playing the best ball I've seen in a LONG TIME. I think Phili loses in 5 games whether they play MIA or CHI. But I'd love to see CHI vs NYK. I think that series could go 7.
