They still do certain things very well. They may be down a bit this season as their market has changed, but they were never infallible...

Didn't say they were infallible before SK. But they are definitely not on top of things this season. The dropoff is obvious.

Is it just me, or is the NBA more spurt-prone than ever right now? Not sure if it's the schedule or what, but we've seen so many lopsided runs in games it makes your head spin.

That's just basketball. I accepted it a long time ago. It's aggravating when you have money on the game but it's just the way it is.

I think if you actually went back and analyzed their performance this year you would never say this. One night can make them look bad, but it's a long season.

Greek's line wasn't any different than the other books at half, was it? I wasn't really paying attention. To be honest, I was stunned the Thunder weren't -1 2H minimum.

Unless you've actually got data recorded on this, you really can't make this statement... I'm not trying to be difficult, but I really don't know what you're expecting from Greek. I've found them extremely useful this year because when they do show an opinion, it's been a strong one. I'm looking for very specific things that are just not there every night. Maybe they show that opinion less often this year, but if they don't have a lean, and move more along the lines of the market, you can't really call them out for failing.

Everything you've said about how Greek operates is just observation, comparing what you're seeing now to how you remember it being in previous seasons. Memory fails gamblers all the time. Line movement is such a grey area anyways, and conclusions drawn 1/3 of the way through the season when we're dealing with a huge shift in scheduling are very unlikely to hold true all season. I guarantee, Greek is doing a lot of things right this year.

You don't have to do anything. I'm saying that Greek has been very good to me this year. Any way you look at it, it's very subjective, so to make the statement that they're off this year while others are profiting from them is just conversation, not hard data.
