Biggest Play in Years on Friday

Hitting this game HARD right now. Going outside of my normal 1-5 unit range and making this a 10 unit play. You can check my spreadsheet, not many 5 units and nothing higher. This line is a total overreaction to the Celtics performance last night at home vs. the Clippers and the recent 7-3 surge by the 76ers. The Sixers record looks nice, but they've only beaten teams they should have: Indiana, Golden State, Minnesota, Cleveland, Detroit, Washington and Houston - this is peppered in with losses to Oklahoma City, Dallas and Memphis. Philadelphia is an average team that doesn't play up to better competition. With Boston coming into town and pissed off after the Clippers debacle, I'll bite on this soft line and low juice. Booking now @ The Greek and not taking any chances of this line going to 3+

I like kings plus 11.5 better. I think philly may win tomorrow its its going to all come down to the bench. yes, agree with the pissed off thing, you saw what DAllas was thinking tonight after they've been screwing up, they were thinking NO MERCY. Celtics defense should mess up delicate 76 shooters IMO.

i do really agree with the celtics pick, although i have to say 76ers are very underrated. look at their run starting from late december, they kept it really close most games and beat some legit teams.

I don't know if you know but Boston barely beat Philly the last to times they play. Both times Boston had huge lines which they failed to cover. Since their team has changed, Philly might actually win it. This is a toss up and not worthy of a "bet it all" play.

Gotta look at recent matchups for a good sense of how the game will be played. if you knew, the clippers always play the celtics tough and keep every game close. last game they won. sixers are no different against the celtics. every game is decided under 5 points. i think they win tonight

Boston is really relying on some heroics by Pierce and one of the other veterans in this one. They let the youth of the Clippers take over their previous game, Philly is like an improved version of the clips.

Thanks Soon! I joined in early Dec '10 and decided to start my spreadsheet starting Jan 1st. I've been doing this for a while now as a primary source of income. Started my bankroll with 50K and my units used to be $200, but I dropped it down to $100 about 18 months ago due to a lengthy bad run. I like the $100 units much better as it limits your losses on bad runs (also limits rewards, but that's OK). I would rather make more plays with less units at risk each play. This is the largest game I've played since being at SBR and since changing my unit structure.
