Delonte West out tonight vs Jazz
I know it doesn't seem like a big deal, but this could cause problems for the Cs. After the roster shake up they just had, losing their backup PG for at least 1 game is significant. Delonte had looked pretty good since coming back, and was definitely serviceable as Rondo's backup.

Now Avery Bradley will be the backup. I'm not sure if Doc will have Pierce and Allen act as PGs and run the offense when Rondo is out, or if he will trust the rookie.

I know losing a backup PG isn't normally an issue, but it could cause some rotational issues on an already adjusting team.

Just something to think about. I still like the Cs to win, but I'll wait til game-time to see if Doc has a statement about the gameplan

i don't think it will matter much. pierce would be the next best candidate after rondoI in my opinion, and then we would have green come on as well, we need to get him minutes. the jazz are in shambles while the celtics are starting to build some new chemistry. i like boston to roll by 8+

Agreed about Pierce. I'm assuming he will run the offense, but Doc might want to give Avery some experience against a weak team.

I think the Cs will start strong after their embarassing first half against the Clippers, and I do like them to win and cover.

Just don't want to hear people pissing and moaning if the Jazz win/cover, saying the Cs should've dominated, when they aren't exactly playoff-ready right now. This is the adjustment period for them, and people shouldn't expect flawless championship ball right now

Celtics should dominate, if they lose it wont be because of Delonte.
